Solstice Recovery

I don't know about you, but the few days leading up to the solstice, I thought I might spontaneously combust. There was so much energy running through my body that I was positive I would blow a circuit... and if there was a self-destruct button on me, I definitely would have pushed it. From the 19th-21st I was so played-out and genuinely miserable that I found myself day-dreaming about what it would be like to be dead.

I guess I should have been prepared, but naively, I wasn't. It's not that don't know how powerful these gateways & portals are, its that I forget. Every. Single. Time.

But this wave officially left me capsized. Inevitably I started to think...and unfortunately, NOT with my heart. When I was completely overturned, I began to wonder if the indigo in me had become too idealistic??? Worse yet, did I fall prey to, and eat a giant piece of that pie-in-the-sky?

And just when I was starting to stabilize and tuck those weary, exhausted and please-god-let-this-be-over thoughts away in a safe space...BAAAM! A new wave of energy (I think this may have been from that earthquake in Ontario) came creeping around the corner and knocked me back on my haunches in a head-on collision with hell.

To top that off, the upcoming lunar eclipse is hanging over us like a smiling cheshire cat, pulsating with the potential of life-altering change that is just aching to tear into any remaining limitations that we honor.

I mean, seriously...what does the bottom look like?

For those of you unfamiliar with my updates, I really try, but just can't help talking about the ridiculousness of this process and why we agreed to partake in it. I am not trying to be fatuous, this journey just pulls it out of me. And honestly, this shtick is getting just as tired and played-out as I am, but these experiences are so over-the-top and relentless that I find myself facing the same two choices each time I report to you:

1) I can release my frustration with the absurdity of this process through transparency, humor and inanity...or...

2) I can do to YOU what the unseens do to ME...tell you how amazing and revolutionary this whole process is...while you throw tomatoes at my website.

And if you do anyway...well, I TOTALLY get that. (Secretly, I wish I had someone to throw tomatoes at.)

Luckily tho, I hear there may be some things to look forward to, starting with the Lunar Eclipse this week.

The unseens have been chatting a lot about our physical vessels lately...probably because we have all been looking for the eject button...and I think its because the grounding process we have been working through is in fact, a very physical one. (The lower 3 chakras, which are clearing and therefore pushing the hardest right now, are those responsible for balancing our spiritual selves in physical form.)

The Lunar Eclipse

The latest information goes something like this....there is an upcoming partial lunar eclipse happening on June 26th and I am told this eclipse is a great harbinger of hope and healing for humanity (and not a second too soon). Apparently, it represents a demarcation point for those who have completed the reconnection phase as well as for those just beginning their new-human genetic activations.

With it, will most likely come some global upheaval, but as always these will be the impetus to create lasting change.

For those of you connected to and conscious of the energies streaming into the planet, you may be feeling it already, but we can expect a period of unrest that surrounds this lunar event...a feeling of unsettledness, but one that will dissipate as the moon wanes.

The Big Push

There is a timed solar activation (I'm pretty sure they mean from the solstice gateway to the solar eclipse on July 11th) that is triggering a biological purification completion for the path-paver group, and from this period on, as I understand it, we are officially rescinding from this phase of the journey.

"The recent, incoming solar waves carry with them the diagnostic codes required to release humanity from dross. These codes are also responsible for lifting those with elevated light quotients to soul embodiment. As a result, those who have yet to complete the 4 phases of DNA reconnection and activation will begin their journey into wholeness, and those who have completed the DNA reconnection and activation will be catapulted to the realms of oneness." --Pleiadians

Unlike any other activation that we have experienced to date, I am told that this activation is the "big push" and one of "purposeful retreating from the lower realms of physical existence." (I guess the commander-in-chief...aka God...has finally decided to pull the battle weary brigade and first infantry division from the front line. Boy, that didn't take long.)

The most important component of this activation is the reconnection of the 12th strand of DNA (as discussed in the last Galactic Times post), and the physical changes that we will eventually feel will be a direct result of this refusing.

Together, this timed solar activation and the completion of our DNA reconnection is slated to anchor us in zero-point and propel us to physical stabilization.

"In an instant, all disharmonious energies that kept you in a state of dis-ease will be lifted from your energy field and will initiate a deep genetic and cellular mutation."

What we have experienced up until this point has been simultaneous clearings and ongoing physical detoxification for the recalibration of our physical vessels to allow for the body to handle the incoming frequencies of light...but the starbeings are saying that this activation portal is one that is taking us from physical clearing and detoxification to full harmonization with the soul...which they say equals stabilization and physical homeostasis.

"The many years of physical sickness that you have been experiencing resulted from clearing the environmental, genetic and emotional toxicity that you have inherited and acquired. This clearing is experienced as unwellness, but in fact it is the path to wellness. To release yourself from this level of unwellness requires that you rise above the dimensions of physical purification... which is precisely what you are doing through these powerful gateways.

Think of the experiences in your earthly realms that you consider to be miracle healings. These healings take place not because the physical body has been altered to a point of balance, but because the energy field has. This balancing is a result of the harmonious flow of energy running through the physical form uninterrupted by electromagnetic distortions or implants. This is the type of healing that we refer to as quantum, and does not require linear time to be achieved."

Much of this, in fact, is what was reported to us in the 2010 update in January :

"When you arrive fully in 5th dimensional frequencies, that is to say...when you have fully reconnected to your soulular-self from the intensive cycles of physical, mental and emotional purification...your physical body undergoes a radical transformation to enable the full embodiment of higher energies. What was known to many of you as illness or dis-ease can no longer exist in the 5D human form due to the rapid vibration of ascended reality matrices. Those with long-standing impairments or dis-ease due to the accumulation of energetic and/or emotional discord & toxins will be released from lower dimensional suffering as the body "clicks," or settles into, its rightful position."

From Lunar to Solar

Following the lunar eclipse will begin a period of distinct biological mutation as well as a time to make important choices.

...these new channels and neural pathways are being created, activated, and becoming usable for the first time in your new human template ...

I am hearing that this mutation process will be marked by feelings of balance and stability as we effectively pull out of the energies that were initiating and supporting our purification process during the last astrological cycle.

"After these new channels are fully functioning, the new-human form will receive energetic nourishment in ways it never has before. It will receive the dynamic and eternal source of energy that sustains its biology and functions in complete balance. Never have you known this type of wellness, and with it comes incredible capabilities."

For those with the light quotient required to maintain physical equilibrium in the new energies, you will begin to notice a subtle but growing increase in mental and emotional stability and a deeply anchored presence in neutrality, or no-time. This will encourage the physical re-balancing and release of remaining toxins that have been stored in the human genetic blueprint for centuries.

Tapping into this new realm of zero-point consciousness also allows for a deeper level of creativity and with access to new ideas, information and tools so that we can finally see and utilize the many solutions to our long standing life challenges...both individually and collectively.

Our experiences between the lunar and solar eclipse will vary depending on our stage of genetic reconnection, but for many it will be a time to make the permanent switch from depending on external sources for sustenance, to becoming completely self-sustainable and relying on the inner-self to not only survive, but to thrive in the new environment.

Physical Happenings

We are definitely still in between the new and old. On one hand you may continuing to wrap up past details (finances, legal matters, relocation, old business endeavors, relationships,etc), and on the other, your new life is coming more clearly into view...albeit one piece at a time...and patiently waiting for you to make the full transition. Kind of like you moved to a new house but you are still unpacking your boxes and have not quite settled into your new life, met your new neighbors, or figured out where the grocery store is. Flashes of new opportunities may be popping up on your new landscape and you may be feeling intense pressure to get a lot of things done (so much to do, so little time), however, we can't quite move fully forward with one foot still in the old world.

This will change soon and we will be supported to embark upon those journeys that we have dreamed about for years, but not until the integration is complete and we are completely cut loose from the past.

And the same energy of the eclipse period that is restructuring our outer life to match our inner being to become self-sustainable, is also happening on a biological level. As we cut each cord completely from our past, our biology shifts...or mutates...to align with our future. We are becoming self-contained energy pods capable of re-energizing ourselves from our core source of power.

Physical Symptoms

The symptom list is a long one this time around, so I will offer a truncated version of the most disturbing: We are still clearing the physical, base-level chakras, so there is lots of discomfort to be found down there...urogential discomfort, frequent urination and elimination, intestinal distress and cramping, BLOATING, extreme lower back back pain, soreness and vulnerability, sore legs and feet.

There is also a lot of energy running down our antennas (spine) which is causing anxiety, restlessness, disconnection, back pain, spine soreness from neck and shoulders to tailbone, flue-like aches all over, profuse sweating and chills, inability to get and stay warm, night sweats, in addition to heart palpitations, crown buzzing, pulling and vibrating, ocular (3d eye) headaches and migraines, burning/itchy/ watery eyes, indigestion and nausea, ravenous hunger bouts, then indifference to food, sore throats and ear aches, deep unreason-able fatigue, insomnia, etc.

There is also more inter-dimensional access so you may be noticing lots of psychic activity, visible beings and energies, lights and orbs, and even time-line bleed thrus, etc. This has increased since May and is a solid indication of the increase in your rate of vibration.

I could go on and on with this list, but the bottom line is we are shaking off lots of old energy on every level of our being and as always this requires a period of adjustment which equals discomfort.

The Pleiadians say that right now its very important to not keep this energy stuck or contained within the body...we do this by worrying or getting attached to the process. To ease the discomfort they say to visualize the energy running thru you and into the earth continuously when you are downloading massive currents. And if it gets really unbearable, it will help to move your body so the energy can move on out and bring relief.

The most important thing to remember is that detoxing is hard work and most of it is mental...so try to stay out of fear whenever you are taken over by a healing crisis as this will allow for the energy to pass thru you much more rapidly. These god-awful days always pass and are now passing VERY quickly, so be sure to stay in your center and... instead of dreading these inevitable changes, try to look forward to them : ))

Greetings, I am Mira from the Pleiadian High Council. We greet you today with warm hearts and reassurance of our presence and your survival.

We are busier than ever working with the Earth and the yet to be experienced full impact of the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. The Earth is suffering from this catastrophe. She is being drained of her natural resources. This shows the insolence of some parts of humanity in major scale. How bad does it have to get? We are monitoring the situation constantly and the commensurate impact under the ocean. The potential harm for worse situations is there.

Please remember that we cannot rescue you but we can assist the rising levels of awareness and consciousness. This is happening right now. Humanity is awakening with the situation and will continue to awaken. New forms of energy are technically ready and can begin to be implemented in the future. It is a matter of integrity and the corporation in charge of this disaster will be taken to their knees.

Many people living in the affected areas know that it is not business as usual for them. Many have had their livelihoods affected and have seen firsthand how dreadful such a spill can be. We want you to know that the Creator is with all of you and that there will be solutions to these problems. They will occur gradually as humanity is open to new ideas and solutions.

We are with everyone during these transition times on the Earth. You have our utmost love and focus every step of the way during your transformation process.

There could be some glitches along the way as you continually adjust to what is necessary in your lives. Your positive attitudes and perspectives will take you a long way towards healing.

The Earth loves all of you. She has a big heart. She needs you, the workers for the Light, to come through in a dedicated way. Right now she and the Creator are relying on you in ways that you have yet to know. Ideas and plans, strategies and tactics are in place for a successful rise into higher dimensions. First, the old third dimensional ways of being that are dangerous must be cleared. For obvious reasons this oil spill is a prime example of what upheaval can look like. There will be other examples too as you ride through the ups and downs of the ascension process.

Some peoples’ hearts are opening due to the impact of the oil spill on the animals. Others are having more caring and compassion for their friends, families and others due to their living circumstances, finances, and health challenges. There are many ways that people are being jarred into a greater knowingness of change. What people used to take for granted they are finding is no longer there. Even the earth beneath one’s feet can be unsteady, as some know.

The Earth provides warnings and it is up to humanity to listen, pay attention and respond. We see these warnings on a global basis. We also understand that humanity is comprised of an unwillingness to change and many have egos to match the spill, large and flowing.

Change is in the air, water, earth, and sky. Change you will whether you like it or not. At some point there will be a giant opening for us to make ourselves known fully to you and from that point forward there will be a new day for all of us. We will rise out of the unspoken and unknown to step in sync into the new future Earth. We will be one again with you and for that we will be glad. We know that you will be pleased also for there is a lot that we will be doing together.

Loving Assistance for This Transition

Dearest Beloved Ones,

God's timing is not known to most human beings, however the intuition, the heart, and sometimes even the body are able to sense, feel and know when a change is imminent.

Such is the time you are in now, where major changes in your world are imminent, and many souls are registering and preparing for the new that will arrive.

Beloved ones, it is not known when such changes will occur, only that they will. This time of transition is meant to lead humanity forward into a new time of love, light and peace. To many, this may sound like a fairy tale that can never be, because of the entrenched problems that currently exist in the world.

That is why the Realms of Light and many souls and beings from many places have gathered, out of love, to assist in the birth of the New Earth. Some of these souls are incarnating now, or have incarnated within the past ten years, for this very purpose. Many of you reading this message have also come for this purpose, each fulfilling their unique divine plan and purpose to bring love, light and healing to the Earth.

There is an enormous amount of loving assistance that is being offered to the Earth at this moment, and despite the enormous challenges of the time, the strength of love and light is growing stronger. Energies of light are more accessible, and even though there are still many limitations in place that prevent a complete expansion, the light is still infusing everything in the physically manifest world.

As the vibration of all physical matter is being raised, so is the consciousness of humanity also being uplifted. The process of purification is revealing the most severe and extreme manifestations of separated consciousness, and the heart of humanity is awakening to the understanding that All is One.

The current time is one that sees both the collapse of old structures that no longer serve the consciousness of love, and also the preparation for a new time that is still unknown.

Many lightworkers and faithful servants of God are intuitively preparing for a new phase of life, even though the details of this may still be unknown. God's love is ever present and growing, and is available to you even more so in these uncertain times.

May you be blessed with God's love, light and truth, and the fulfillment of your heart's desire and your soul's divine plan.

Make Peace with Yourself

I am the Prince you have been waiting for, and I have been with you all along. You feel you are Cinderella and, therefore, you feel you need to be rescued. You may indeed need to be rescued from your view of yourself and your view of the world and of others. You may give too much importance to the world and not enough to yourself, or you may focus too much on yourself, as though you were the dartboard of the world, and every dart is meant for you. If you feel that every dart is meant for you, you are calling darts to you. An outfielder tries to catch every ball batted his way, but you are not meant to catch all the darts.

Some of life you have to let fall where it may. You don't have to catch it, and you don't have to throw it back from where it came. You can just say, "Oh," and walk on.

I know the world, your corner of the world, the people in it, their misinterpretations, their misdirected attention to you or their neglect of you and your feelings - all this weighs heavily on you. Innocent people have been imprisoned. Do not imprison yourself with a chain of resentment. Such chains are long and tie yourself up where you do not want to be.

It is My Will that you be well thought of. It is My Will that you think well of yourself. You may not feel important to some others, yet you are all-important to Me. You are My Everything. You are My child, yet you are not My baby, and I am not here to baby you or cater to every scratch from the world.

You are responsible for your reactions. You do not have to emote. You do not have to feel the victor or victim. These are silly matters. They are matters for the ego and not for you.

You are meant to put out fires, not to ignite them. War is no victory regardless of the field it is played on. Do not war with yourself. If you must mutter under your breath, mutter, "God bless you." Mutter it, and mean it. What you are unable to do at a particular moment, I can do. I bless all concerned. I have no favorites, yet We can say that all are My favorites. I want no squabbling. Be friends. Kiss and make up. If there is any rescuing to be done, rescue yourself.

Rescue yourself from hurtful thoughts. Change your thoughts, and you will change your emotions. Instead of all the vitamins you take, you might want to take some good feelings. Indulge yourself in good feelings, and you will enhance your well-being. And you will enhance the well-being of the world.

Say to yourself now: "I am a blessing to the world. I am not a warrior, or, if I am a warrior, I am a warrior in a league of angels bringing peace to the world. I am adamant in my desire for peace on all fronts. I carry a sword of peace with which I decimate negativity in myself and therefore negativity in the world. I broadcast peace. I no longer indulge in negative thoughts, words, or deeds, neither silently nor out loud. I am not an avenger. My purpose is not to right wrongs done to myself or to others. My purpose is to herald peace. In so doing, I bless myself mightily. I serve God, not the idea of righteousness. I serve God, not my mincing ego. I serve God with all my heart. I make peace."

Now, to continue – the Gulf crisis becomes worse and worse. Great damage has been done and is being done. How are you going to respond to this? Thousands upon thousands of families affected – what are you going to do? The masses must assist- there is no other way. Yes, government can easily handle things – but they lack conviction and direction needed to solve this and most problems that exist for you. The reason is that they are not invested in the projects, in the outcomes of events such as these disasters. And do not be fooled, more disasters are to come. You are correct that you yourself personally will not be harmed, but there will be many who remember this year with a bitter taste. Yes, you can bless them with your thoughts and this will of course have effect. Best to see them at peace in their distress, bearing all things for the sake of whatever lessons they have set for themselves, and these vary widely. If it were not to be, it could not be.

Whatever circumstance, whatever event, or substance or quality you see in the world just is, simply the way it is, and that is truly all you can say about it. It appears in the way it does because all those who perceive it in a same manner have brought forth this expression from the ethers and then they have observed it. Your scientists are close to being right about all this manifestation stuff; however – in the beginning was the Word. Then the wave, which becomes the particle when observed. What is the Word? That is the thought of God, the love thought that sprang forth and became you all, Beloveds, the one thought that still exists today, although there are billions of thoughts pretending to be - it is your job to discern between the real thoughts and the false ones. This is what is meant by interpreting the Word. You yourself are the interpretation of the Word that you have decided to express in your own unique way. Each has his or her interpretation, and they are all meanings of Love, shades of meanings of Life, Beauty, Truth.

The times are explosive with change, and so you will continue to hear of explosive events of all kinds. Yes, explosions will occur and are absolutely necessary for the repair – yes, the healing, that must inevitably follow, not just the repair of the leaking oil well, but healing around the world. Healing is inevitable in any case. The only question remains, in what form will healing appear – in what form will healing be allowed into the consciousness? Healing can take any form it must in order to be recognized. Will you accept it in the form of a cancer that miraculously goes away? Will you accept it in the form of a cancer that gets cut out and doesn’t return? Will you accept it in the form of a cancer that is treated with drugs and radiation and goes away? Or is treated only with prayer, and goes away? Or is simply loved into health and wholeness? You can choose. You have that power.

Of course, none of you has to be ‘here’ any longer than you wish. You are perfectly capable of leaving at any time. Many people invent accidents because they simply get tired of the whole game, and want a fresh start. Of course, there are many who choose to cause their own demise in a more overt manner, but you all choose your death – the time and circumstances. It is true that certain ‘openings’ as it were, occur during which an exit is facilitated and made easier. These you will notice in your life, as many people have had experiences they feel they ‘shouldn’t have lived through’. These are the openings you didn’t take advantage of. There are more, don’t worry! And, don’t worry – your exit will be painless, I promise. I humbly promise that if you trust, there is nothing to fear – ever. Many of you can believe me, and many cannot – as yet! You will believe it in time!
