Lightworkers - Shiftworkers / My personal definition & thoughts

As lightworkers we have all agreed to be here at this time in during a most historical event. We all have taken on our assignments, although each one is different, we hope to all achieve the end result....ascension. It is OUR duty to focus our collective consiousness on peace and love to this planet. Now with that said, how are we suppose to accomplish that? There are still so many wandering aimlessly in the darkness. They feel hopeless.....no job, no direction, no future. Do you think that if someone came along and told them that love and faith would answer their woes that they would fall to their knees, throw open their arms and let the light in? That scenerio is very doubtful to me. Most of the people of this world know little of the glory of the Universe or the powers that they possess and even less are open to hearing about it. So, what would it take to get their attention? What do they need to wake up, open their eyes and then their hearts? They need the Lightworkers who have been assigned to the first shift of awakening and the others thereafter.

Lightworker 1st Shift: Warrior Lightworkers. They are the writers, the reporters, the underground truth movements, the "in your face with the truth" kinds of people; politics, food, environment, etc. These people are the ones who take the most heat, they are the most misunderstood, they get your blood boiling. They make you question everything you think you know. That is their job. That is their purpose. Without them, who would question anything? Who would know to even question anything? They are here to kick up the dust! They are here to wake us up so that we will look for OUR own truthes as individuals. They give us the opportunity for growth to share with those who have just begun the journey of awakening. They are a gift that is sometimes hard to swallow but nonetheless, a gift.

Lightworker 2nd Shift: Sharing Lightworkers: These lightworkers are a mixture. Some are outspoken, others are still learning but they share the the passion, the need to know more, learn more. They ask questions, they search to find their truth by what resonates with them and they leave the rest. They are awakened but still on uneven footing. They know that they know, they just don't know how they know. They feel the energy of the light and they are learning to embrace it. They are finding the power that has slept so long within them.

Lightworker 3rd Shift: Awakened Lightworker: Still learning but their knowledge has begun to empower them. They feel it, they know it and they realize that they can use it without words or emotions. They just are. They are in the present moment and although they do get frustrated and even angry, they quickly connect to that inner source of balance and light.

Lightworker 4th Shift: Teaching Lightworker. This Lightworker has mastered the the illusion of the 3rd dimension. They are truly enlightened. They have become the Light. They do not react from emotion....they live in love, they are love. They have no need for arguments or to become defensive they have the knowingness of all there is within them. Their next step is into the 5th dimension.

I see all these groups as a collective consciousness, needing each other in order to progess to our next shift of awakening. If we cannot learn to embrace each shift of lightworker as they arrive for their job on this journey, then we are holding up production! We can't be holding the light of the world if we are shining ours directly it into someones eyes with contempt and animosity. There is no right or wrong truth, there is only your truth....the truth you embrace to empower yourself as a lightworker on your shift. Find that for yourself and allow those that need to find it for themselves to do so in their own way. If we cannot hold the light here within a small group, how will we ever hope to hold it for the world. We signed contracts to be here, it is our responsibility, our job. We need to be the best shift worker for the light that we can be for humanity and our world as a whole.
