Dear Ones. To be One with All That Is puts one
in a state of harmony, contentment, and bliss. One can begin to get a glimpse of this when one spends time with nature, which
is why we bring nature up so much. To take time each day to open oneself and allow oneself to connect to God/Spirit is vital.
Many of you say that you want to know what your purpose is. Many of you say that my life is not going in the direction I want
it to. When was the last time you opened up, truly opened up and allowed God/Spirit to move through you life and through your
Being? Doing this brings the harmony back to oneself. Getting disconnected brings the disharmony. Looking at sunsets, looking
at flowers in bloom, looking at laughing children, helps us connect to God/Spirit/All That Is. It is not a thinking activity.

Beloved Ones,
In this now time, it is important for all to
focus on the bringing in of greater Light upon this Planet. Try to make some time each day to affirm your willingness to be
a transducer of the powerful and intense energies that are now about to manifest within your daily lives and within the hearts
of all Humankind. By aligning with the Divine Plan for the Earth, all of Humanity and all the kingdoms upon, within and around
the Earth, you are creating a momentum for greater activity to occur in the unified field of consciousness that encircles
the Planet which will continue to benefit the Highest Good of all.
Maintain and radiate your Light and your love to
all within the radius of your sphere of influence.Intend peace to prevail
within yourselves and within all hearts as the one rising consciousness that connects us all. Call upon your Holy Christ Self
to encompass more of your four lower bodies so that the density of your bodies is rarified to an even greater state of crystalline
being. Shine your Light, Beloved Ones! Let your hearts be opened to the Creator’s song of Love and Unity. All is well,
all is perfect. The shadows upon this Planet and upon all of her inhabitants are receding at a more accelerated pace than
was ever anticipated and the glory that is Humanity in each expression of the Divine is creating ever greater changes for
the ultimate betterment for all.
Hold fast to your desire for greater peace,
goodness and sanity to prevail upon your World and in the hearts and minds of the Awakening masses. Your willingness to do
this enables your Family of Light to create more inroads to the accomplishment of the Divine Plan. We are One and we work
together for the upliftment of everyone and everything on the Earth. The Earth is already in her position and it now falls
upon Humanity to Awaken to the grand opportunity that is given to ALL in these fast moving times of rapid changes and accelerated
soul growth and evolvement. It is a glorious time in the Universe, for untold legions have worked tirelessly throughout the
Ages in anticipation of these changes that have been coming forth with incredible rapidity.
Each of you have done this task many times before
and so you have taken your stand in the Light, holding it steady as a Beacon for those who are waking up and demanding greater
equality and peace for all. What was once accepted as the way things were is no longer the case. All
that was is no more. There is a better way that is coming and although it seems chaotic and unruly at the moment, in the
bigger picture it means that greater Light is being integrated by those who have been unaware and who are now Awakening to
what really IS upon this Planet.
Do not partake of the ego illusions that beset
you through previous avenues of the mainstream media and what is now manifesting within those around you. Remember
constantly that you are not your body, you are not your mind, you are not
your ego – you are in fact, the Christ consciousness, the God/Goddess within and you are using your power wisely for
the Highest Good of yourselves, your loved ones, your World and everyone and everything upon it. You are change makers, doers
and enablers and you are creating positive and loving changes by your dedication to BE the Light that you truly are! Make
any course corrections in your thinking and actions that seem necessary within yourselves so that you are always in alignment
with the Higher Plan for your lives at all times. Intend this, live this, BE this.

This was a personal channeling that turned
into something more broad, and it felt right to share it.
The Higher Self of Mother Eearth
You have been focusing all this time on The
Higher Self coming into the body, and harmonizing with the Earth frequencies as a grounding point. But what if Mother Earth
were not the grounding point? What if you began to utilize the points below the body connecting into the earth in the same
way you have been utilizing the Higher Self? Bringing the grounding point into the center of your body? Explore this.
The full human being must be activated from
the Earth, because the human body is made of the same materials as the Earth. The Earth’s Higher Self exists below you,
below the first chakra in your Energetic Earth Body…and is connected to the hara line (line of intention), much like
the Higher Self of the Divine is connected through the hara line. In this case the hara line travels through dimensions like
a laser. Allowing the energy to work upwards from the core of Mother Earth, as we have taught you, is crucial
in the grounding of energies into your body.
This exchange of energy creates a circuit that
will help you maintain equilibrium in the face of such great energy changes, expansions, transformations and growth.
The bliss that has been achieved is now being anchored into the planet, and then regurgitated back to you in the form of something
you can handle, so you may create in harmony with Earth, so that you may feel your totality in the center of your being.
The Resolution of the Split
So the Higher Self of Mother Earth, which exists
below you, has for a long time been though of as evil by some, or has been referred to in shamanic cultures as the lower worlds.
In the current release of duality into fifth dimensional energies this is no longer perceived in this way, for the once dense
and primal energies are being uplifted into unity through the merging, or unification of the right and left brains. This creates
an open source super highway for information to travel freely between hemispheres, in the center of the human split in consciousness
that has existed for so long.
You have focused much of the last 5 years on
your heart and grounding and connecting with Earth and you graduated. And now you are on to the next chapter. We are blowing
another deep-seated dualistic framework out of your psyche to prepare you for your next shift of multidimensional integration.
(At this point I am feeling a little freaked,
because my instructions for the last five years have truly been to sink into the earth and experience the grounding, and the
sense of “home” in this apparently old fashioned way, so giving me the ok to open my multidimensional self up
again I was like, “You’re messing with me.”)
The separation of Earth from her divinity in
the consciousness of humanity has created a split that makes one think that Mother Earth is physical, not spiritual. This
is ridiculous, for all is divine, all is of divine creation, divine mind, divine heart. This planet included. Your mind knows
this, but the subconscious is still functioning in another paradigm. As Earth rotates, she spins with the counter-rotating
fields of the Divine to keep her in a focus of time. This focus of time was created for the enjoyment of Creator’s creations.
So, there is no split, only creation.
The earth has many dimensions to her. And when
the full grounding happens, these dimensions open up. What was once dense energies, or the perceptions of dense energies becomes
fluid and changing or fixed when needed.
You have needed Earth to be solid to feel stable,
but this is not the end of the road. So it would take courage for humanity to open up this part of itself and stand strong
in the infinite while the planet exhibits signs of shifting and changing. Earth is energy just like all things, in flux, rather
than being just he firm rock you lay your head upon. You know this but do you really know this? This changes your experiences
of being human entirely.
You have worked for years on getting grounded
while the multidimensional self that lives within you knows there is a lot more to the story. You needed to anchor the divine
energies into the lower chakras so as to be a total human being, instead of a reluctant spiritual being wearing a human suit
that felt too small. That is not a place of empowerment. Only from an integrated, empowered place, may you open to grounding
in the fullness of the multidimensional reality.
Are you strong enough to release the ideas that
you are a solid being, living on a solid planet? Matter was created for your experience, not because it is actually holding
you anywhere. Are you grounded enough to deal with his and open up to an entirely new way of approaching the natural world?
Because the vibration of Earth and humanity
is shifting into a new 5th dimensional grid, it will be entirely new in its experience. There will be higher levels of bliss
and joy, there will be superpowers as you say, the ability to change reality…but only if you are seated in Love. We
just wanted to give you a heads up on how the fifth dimensional experience on the planet will begin to feel. Do not fear it.
You will feel more at home as the fullness and truth of your being is revealed.
For the powerful spiritual souls who have come
here with a great influx of divine energy, your time has come, for the old paradigm only suits those who were not born with
this new energy. This is why, as you surrender to the bliss, to the higher vibrating frequencies (and anyone can choose to,
whether they were born with it or not), you cannot function in the old paradigm. But you still must integrate the energies
fully in your body so that can navigate wisely in the universe.
How do you make things happen in this
new paradigm?
You make things happen by surrendering to the
conscious flow of the Divine touching the sacred longing within yourself to live your life purpose. This activation is held
in the hara line, and supported by Earth frequencies. This means, your healing, your music, your friendships, your families,
your businesses, all of it, all of life, focused within you for your life purpose to create harmoniously.
We have told you this…a lot!
So sink continually into your heart, bring the
lower bodies into alignment as well as the higher bodies, into the body, and begin to tap into your experience as a multidimensional
being having a fully present existence on a fully multidimensional planet. Release the hidden idea in your subconscious, and
collective unconscious that earth is a solid rock holding you, and spirit is a formless mass of infinity. Take advantage of
the grounding energies of Mother Earth, but do not disrespect her by simplifying her totality.
Coming Home
The bravery of coming home is the bravery of
experiencing your divine core as the default resting place, the default comfort zone, releasing all expectations from the
past.
As you open to the multidimensional experience
of life, then the idea of needing to ground into Earth, or the structures of your past dissolve. Home will truly be within
and without, the inner and outer in union. Earth, even more so, will be your playground of creation, an equal being of enormous
generosity. This can be disorienting, but we would not be telling you if you were not ready.

the fruit of My vine.
As glorious as am I, as glorious are you. This
is what you don't get.
You may see yourself as a mongrel when, in truth,
you are a purebred through and through. Anyway, except for physical characteristics and the value the world puts on breeds,
a mutt is absolutely as wonderful as a purebred. He loves the same or sometimes more. Whatever value dogs put on one another,
it is not on breed. It is not on size. It is not on physical possessions.
Nor do dogs foist the world's values onto themselves.
They know their worth. And they know your worth, and it is far more than you have deigned to give to yourself. A dog values
your heart. It is not even that. A dog just loves, and you are there. A dog knows he is for love, and he loves from the tip
of his nose to the tip of his tail.
Sit up straight and look Me in the eye. See
what I see. Don't see what I don't see. I don't see guilt. I don't see recrimination.
So what do I see. I see you. I see the golden
light that you embody and reflect and are never without. You are My partner in love. Let Us embrace. Let Us shake hands. We
are allies. We are on the same side of the fence.
Let Us start a fan club. We love love. We love.
We are love. I am love, and so are you the same. Let's proclaim love. Let's sing its name from the rafters.
Let Us indemnify love. Let's stamp love approved.
Let's pull love out of the corners. No allowing yourself to hide love any longer. Love has been found, and love will be known.
Let's start the chapter of a fan club. We will start where We are, and, before you know it, love will have taken over the
world and will never step down.
Who will be first? Who will unabashedly stand
up and say: "I am love. God and I are love. God and I are partners in love. Come join. God loves love. Don't you too love
love? What is so fair as a day in June? I will tell you what is. Love is as fair as a day in June. There is not one thing
that is not love. So love is universal. Love is Unity. Love is Oneness, Wholeness, Vastness. I align with love. What else
is there for me to align with?"
You have perhaps demanded too much from yourself.
You want to be the fairest of all, the smartest of all, the most active of all. The fact of the matter is that you want to
be tops in everything! When you fall short, you may feel contempt for yourself that you haven't lived up to your ideal. What
you don't fathom is that your ideal does not require you to be the belle of the ball or the brightest light or the most anything.
At the present time, when you finish one task,
you are onto another, and you don't exactly have mercy on yourself. You, who do not expect enough, are, at the same time,
over-demanding, impossible to please, way too hard on yourself. You have exceeded yourself when it comes to demands. You have
been a slow learner when it comes to accepting yourself and being glad that you are My beloved as you are.

Most of you are aware that the life force in
the body circulates in a continuing pattern, bringing energy to each cell and organ in a cycle of life and death, i.e. as
each cell is renewed by the life force, one that has served its purpose dies out, providing the body with a continuing flush
of new life. The time element of the energy cycle varies in all of you, according to the conscious awareness of the power
you command. Those who go through life without the Light of the Love and Peace found within generally let their egos push
them this way and that, until not only are their minds uncoordinated, but also their bodies. The subconscious mind does send
signals that direct the correct functioning of the body, but the human mind controls and directs that subconscious computer.
When there is the lack of conscious control (and many people have no idea they have any say in the matter), the subconscious
obeys the signals from the conscious mind that relay the preferences and desires of the individual, programming
those desires into its computer bank of memories. This is precisely why habits such as smoking, drinking too much, using drugs,
etc., are extremely hard to work against, for they have already been solidly implanted as the desired elements in the subconscious.
The human brain is a remarkable instrument,
and we regard it as one of the most powerful elements in your Solar System, for as it comes to terms with the spiritual being
behind it, a strong union is formed and the two elements start to work in tandem, strengthening and creating present and new
possibilities and realities. As the mind accepts the concept that there is an actual place in the brain that can be activated
to send healing powers through the body, the desire to probe into the depths of your own minds becomes very powerful. There
must first be an intense desire to use meditation in a way never before dreamed of, to access that healing ability for oneself
and for others. As has been said, it is not a simple sitting down, meditating, and finding that source of healing in an evening.
This meditation must utilize your own conscious mind, even though it is stilled for that period of time you are in the silence,
your spiritual self that you are reaching out to access, and the subconscious mind, for it is waiting to receive the
signal of the activation of the Healing enzyme Center so it may program that response to serve your calls to action. Just
as the Great I Am is one with everything that is, your bodies and minds are One, a perfectly connected communications system
that speaks to each other for the good of the whole. The intention of reaching into the brain itself, visualizing what those
cells look like, clustered at the top of the brain stem, touching and blessing them with your spiritual “hands”
is an absolute necessity, for the higher vibrations of the mind must be focused very keenly and specifically on this area.
It is as if your mind has become a tiny being, swimming among the brain cells, searching out the place where the healing energy
lies. You will know when you have achieved this feat of activation when you suddenly feel a sharp pain starting from the base
of the skull and reaching through the head to the front of the forehead, known as the “third eye” position between
your eyebrows. It will last but a few seconds, longer in some people if they resist the pain, then it will subside, never
to be felt again. This also signals the subconscious to program this ability into your base memory and, from now on, when
you need to have something in your body revitalized or healed, all you need to do is to visualize those areas as being in
perfect health, brimming with vitality. It is no miracle; it is the coming of age of the human race, as long-hidden abilities
open to the awareness of those who seek and reach out for them.
The energy which activates the healing center
is channeled by the Higher Self, or the high spiritual self of each soul being, from the Mind of God, or Universal Energy,
or Love, whatever term you relate to the most strongly. It is the most powerful energy there is, for it is the energy of creation.
You will be using it to create and re-create your own bodies, and those of others when you are ready. As time goes on, this
channel of energetic response from the universe will enable you to create everything you need in the physical world. Believe
it or not!

 Gold Star Meditation: Part 3 of 3 Self Replenishment and Anchoringby Patricia Anne Davis

Begin with Part One: Preparation:
1. Sit in the chair with both feet flat on the
floor and your spine straight.
2. Place your hands over your solar plexus with
the right hand over the left hand over the solar plexus in the curve of the ribcage. Place your left thumb over your
right thumb in low point of the sternum.
3. Close your eyes and allow your breathing
to become rhythmic by counting the in-breath and the out-breath. Remember that the whole universe has the same in-breath
and out-breath vibration and impulse.
Part Two:
Connect, Intend, Visualize, Affirm and Manifest
When whole-brain thinking is flowing spontaneously
and synergetically, you can take the focus of your thinking 8-10 inches above your head to the gold soul star. You can
sense it, you can feel it, and you can see this luminous, iridescent gold. Focusing on your soul star then, say an affirmation
of your choosing, such as:
I am the divine soul,
I
am a divine light,
I am divine love,
I
am divine joy.
Connect your soul star to the soul star of the
person who is sitting directly clockwise to you. Raise the group’s five pointed gold star to connect with the
mountains around your area where the illuminated beings live.
From the five-pointed gold star above your region,
see the rainbow extending across, connecting to the Altai Mountains and the people there.
Give gratitude for all the resources that have
been offered for this purpose. Rejoice in the liberation of all the souls that are being held in bondage and slavery.
“Re-ignite the fire” of the Altai Fellowship Collective Intention: to intend, to visualize, to affirm, and to
manifest the Afirmative thinking system that eternally exists in the natural order. We renew and restore our spiritual
holistic self and also the planet earth simultaneously the same way that the microcosm reflects the macrocosm, As above, so
below.
Interconnect with the divine to affirm that
we have heard and understand the intent for humanity to become humane.
Part Three:
Self Replenishment and Healing
The people who are participating are replenished
in order to do this great work on the Earth.
So we send out first the ultraviolet, the universal
healing of ultraviolet into the etheric network. You can see it around the earth as points of light, and it’s
held in a grid.
As we intentionally put it out from our soul star, we become way-showers to those on the Earth who are
in need of healing and we can invoke this energy for healing.
We also heal ourselves by receiving it back
to our soul star, for our own personal healing.
We are healed to do this work, in preparation for the stamina and the resource
that it takes to accomplish and to successfully carry out what we know is a beautiful thought for humanity.
And we take the gold from our soul star and
also send that out into the etheric network and see it around the globe in a grid: luminescent and iridescent, lighting up
the whole Earth plane.
Lighting up and redeeming the energy that has
been locked in misqualified energy, misperception, misunderstanding and miscreation. This gold light then replenishes
all those in need, and invokes replenishment in their personal life, in their family, in their
community,
in their nation, and in the world governments.
We choose love and peace with our intention
to invoke this esoteric color in the etheric network for wise use—wise use to rebuild all that is going to be changed
for future generations, for the benefit of the next generations.
We also receive this esoteric gold light from
the etheric network into our own soul star.
And we bring this gold light into our thinking
and into our body,
into every cell of our body,
into our bone marrow,
into our bones,
into our muscles,
into
our cartilage,
into our skin,
into our major organs in the body.
Be filled with this light to illuminate our
thinking and our path for what is to be done.
to be receptive,
to be inspired,
to be guided, and
to know.
To bring us from the unreal to the real.
Grounding and Anchoring
the High Frequency energies into the Earth.
By taking the gold light from our soul star
in a diagonal from the soul star above us, diagonally in front of us, down about 50 feet into the Earth, we anchor and ground
the energies from Altai.
Then we bend it and bring it straight back,
under our feet. Anchor it however you want into the Earth. (You can send it to the center of the Earth or let it soak
into the earth under your feet to blend with the energy of Mother Earth.) See that that light is anchored in the Earth
under your feet, then bring the Mother Earth energy up through your feet to the back of your body.
Now this is the combining of the Earth energy,
the divine feminine with the divine masculine; and as you bring it up through the layers of the Earth, the Earth energy is
coming up through your feet. It won’t come through your body, but it will come through the back of your body where all
your chakras are lined up:
under your feet,
the back of your knees,
through
your spine,
the back of each chakra,
the sacral center,
the solar plexus,
the heart center,
the throat center,
the
third eye and
then through the crown chakra and back up to the soul star.
This is an anchoring and grounding of the spiritual
energy that we as humane beings on Earth can contribute for our own well being and the well being of humanity at this time.
Again, feel all the love and gratitude and
peace in your heart.
Know that it is true.
End meditation and activate this energy in your
life, now, however you are guided by your intuition.

Bio: My English name is Patricia Anne Davis,
