Each of you is of the Light and from the Light
and as the Light. There is nothing to fear. Nothing that can happen can change who you are in reality. As the changes
come about with your realm and you look about you and you feel unsafe, you must remember there is nothing that can happen
– nothing that can happen – that can change who you are in reality. It may change this reality, but not
that which is Truth and Light. You must understand this in your heart, not in your head.

Your increasing expectancy of major changes to
get under way is bringing them nearer to manifesting. Those who for whatever reason oppose them are also more active trying
to prevent such progress. It is up to you Dear Ones to ignore such sources, and in no way give your energy to them through
fear. If your faith holds strong you will know that there is nothing to fear, as the Light is your power and protection. The
truth will speak for itself and hold firm when all else falls away. As the vibrations continue to rise up, so the truth shall
stand out for all to understand. The time for deceit and lies is ending and the Light shall rule supreme.
Bear in mind that some of the big events may
be preceded by more chaos and turmoil. There is much of the old that clings on and must be removed. It is not always possible
to do so without considerable inconvenience to you. However, all such occurrences shall be short lived because of our participation.
You might reflect upon the fact that as a result, physical changes to the Earth have not been anywhere near as apocalyptic
as some have predicted. Our abilities are such that we have already prevented you from destroying the Earth, and lessened
the overall volcanic activity. Furthermore, we have kept it stable and in balance, as at times its wobble has become too extreme.
Our brief has been one of ensuring that the cycle ends as decreed. Ascension is far too important to be aborted by a group
of negative Beings, bent on achieving world control for their own power.
So we of the Galactic Federation are ready
to as you term it, to go public and have agreed on a plan that makes everyone satisfied. All along we have taken a careful
approach, as it has been essential that we be viewed for what we stand for. We are clear that our intervention will be one
of co-operation, and we shall observe your protocol. We shall lead because the operations that are concerning Earth, shall
require advanced understanding and knowledge that is presently beyond you. However, we will share such information and invite
some of you to take an active part in the proceedings. We want you to quickly lift up to our levels of knowledge, as you do
have a mind that is capable of comprehending advanced technology. To some extent contact with the Greys in the U.S. has paved
the way for this time, as you have already been given a head start over some countries. Our knowledge will however be given
freely without strings attached, as what we have to share is for the benefit of everyone.
Great times are approaching and as you
near the end of this year, you have every right to at last expect some action. All of the time our allies have been setting
the scene for the awaited announcement, and it appears to be almost ready to go ahead. We are as excited and relieved as you
are about the immediate period of time. It has been a long time coming, and we go back thousands of years monitoring your
evolution and caring for Mother Earth. It has been a labor of our love for mankind, and a service in the name of the Creator.
For obvious reasons you are at present the focus of our attention, but we are on call to any civilization throughout the Universe.
Our lives are extremely interesting and rewarding, and we have experienced so many surprises as we explore the far away areas
of Space.
The future is so bright for you, and what
a contrast it will be to what you have been used to. It is somewhat like the higher astral dimensions of Earth, and freedom
from all of the bothersome drudgery of being a human in the 3rd dimension. You have not really experienced such a level of
freedom, happiness and joy except for brief moments in your life. Can you imagine the relief of removing your worries of how
to survive, provide your sustenance and shelter? What it would be like to be totally healthy and without any form of disability?
Well Dear Ones, that is just part of what you have to look forward to in the higher dimensions. No worrying problems about
money, as it is unnecessary when all of your needs are freely provided for. We cannot do justice with words to what you are
about to experience, but the word paradise comes to mind. Remember these things if the going gets tough, as it will all prove
worthwhile in the end.
You have so much to look forward to so do not
waste your energy on the mundane matters of daily life. Know that the dark Ones will have their last fling in desperation,
but let it go over your head. The truth will safely come through and deception will be seen for what it is, as you are of
an enhanced level of consciousness and are more alert to such attempts to fool you. The good, bad and the ugly are all in
the same pot for now, but shortly there will begin a great clearing out of anything that cannot stand in the Light. The vibrations
are speeding up, and can only carry with them souls who are of a like vibration. If you know or consider your self to be of
the Light, you really should not be concerned about anything of the lower vibrations. It will in time transmute or disintegrate,
as a point will be reached when it cannot remain any longer.
We are aware that claims and counter-claims
are flying around about us, and all we will ask of you is to be guided by your intuition. Not even our opinion or anyone else’s
for that matter is as important as what you are given by your Higher Self. Each of you has specific needs, and rarely are
two of you exactly at the same point of understanding. However, please accept our messages regarding Ascension, as it is a
Universal event that is definite and irreversible, and will take place. The many paths that lead to it will make no difference;
all will reach the same point of ascension together.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius and have complete faith
in you to take the right action as you engage the changes. Be kind and considerate if you meet opposition on your path, as
some souls cannot grasp what is occurring. That is quite different to those who have already made their choice to stay in
the lower vibrations. They will tend to ignore what is happening around them, and should be allowed to determine their own
future. All of you regardless of your intent are greatly loved by us as we see your Inner Light of God.

My dear friends...
We have been talking here for the last three
weeks about the life experience of Change, and last week I made the statement that the changes that have occurred in your
life have happened because disharmony was present, and that all change is for the better.
This thought leads us to a change that I have
been encouraging people to make about change itself. I have been saying to people..."Change your idea about why change occurs."
Even if you accept that all change happens for
the better, you do not know why this new circumstance, situation, or condition is better. You don't understand the nature
of the improvement. That's because the improvement may not have to do with exterior conditions, but with interior conditions.
What you are not seeing is why change occurs-and
who is causing it. When you see this and embrace it as your living truth, once again everything in your day-to-day experience
will...well...change.
So here comes a big truth about Change. Are you
ready?
This is a tough one, so take a breath. Okay,
here it comes...
Change occurs because you want it to occur. Everything
that changes changes at your direction.
Whoa, that sure doesn't seem true! Why in the
world would you want to have happen what has just happened? No one in their right mind would choose that!
Are you saying this (or screaming it) inside
your head right now?
Well, if you are you would be right. No one in
their right mind would choose something like this. The mind does not make these choices. The soul does.
All of which gets us to the agenda of the soul.
Your soul's agenda flows serenely with the larger energy of life itself. Life's energy always moves toward synergy, harmony,
glorious expression and expansion. It seeks an experience of itself, in fullness.
When I add my own human language to this understanding
I find myself saying that life's energy always moves in the direction of what I call "love." Love of self, love of others,
and love of life.
Your own individual energy moves in the same
direction. Your soul and the "soul of the universe" desire, seek, and produce at all times the same thing. That is because
the "soul of the universe" seeks to experience Itself.
Put another way, LIFE is GOD, seeking to
know Itself in its own experience.
So your soul always seeks to move in the direction
of love. It is when your mind gets in the way that it seems as though life is not producing this, that something terrible
has happened, and that you're going in the wrong direction.
I'm going to use an example now from Christian
doctrine to illustrate what I am saying here. The New Testament tells us that Jesus went with his disciples to a garden in
a place called Gethsemane. There, he asked his followers to sit and wait for him and to pray. He, too, he said, was going
to go off to pray, but by himself. And, then being alone, he felt a great heaviness come upon him, almost to the point
where he could die. And he knew what lay ahead. And he called out to God, "Father! You can do anything! If there is any way
that this can happen, remove this cup from my lips..."
Here Jesus' mind had gotten involved, and he
wanted a change of direction in the way things were going. But immediately his vibration was raised, through the sheer power
of his will. "Yet not my will, but thine," he said. And with those words his soul returned to alignment with the soul of the
universe-or, if you please, with God.
There is but One Soul, yet there are many
expressions. These individuated aspects of the One Soul seek synergy, harmony, glorious expression and expansion. This is
another way of saying that life in all its forms seeks the very same thing that Life Itself seeks. How could it be any other
way?
Yet the soul and the mind are two different
things. The "life form" that you have taken has both a soul and a mind (as well as a body), and it is in this triune totality
that it fully equips itself to do what you came here (to physical life) to do.
The job of the mind is to make sure that the
body-your physical instrument, or tool-is kept safe, so that you may use it to do what you came here to do. The job of the
soul is to make sure that the mind always knows what you came here to do, and does not get caught up in its own make-believe
world.
It is like getting caught up in a virtual reality
on the Internet. I'm sure you must know that there are now entire "worlds" on the Internet into which you may enter, claim
an identity, and live an entire "life" - growing up, finding love, creating a career, buying a home, having a family, experiencing
success and becoming rich (or not)...you can actually produce an entire experience of life in these virtual realities, interacting
with others, entering into legal agreements-it's all really quite detailed, sophisticated, and complex. And none of it is
real. Obviously, not a single bit of it is really happening to You. It is only happening to the "you" that You created in
that make-believe world.
To your soul, physical life on the earth is very
much the same thing. The trick is not to get "lost" in the make-believe world of your mind, but to use your body and your
mind to do what your soul came here to do.
We are all doing that right now, but some people
are doing it consciously and some are doing it unconsciously. That is, without knowing what they are doing.
What happened to Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane
is what happens to all of us. I love the fact that this story is in the Bible for that very reason. It gives us all hope if
we know that even Jesus was having to deal with the balancing of his mind and his soul as part of the process by which he
had the fullest experience of himself.
So do not despair when things seem to be going
"wrong." They could actually be going "right" for the first time. Remember always: all change is change for the better.
The wonderful information I am sharing with you
here comes out of the insights in When Everything Changes, Change Everything. If you have not found this book and read it,
I hope you will do so. It can truly "change" your life.

September 21, 2010 teleconference:
Greetings Beloved Family! It is I, Saint
Germain. That song* was prophecy. It was a bit before this time but we know that there are many of you in this
gathering who remember it. It was sung by various personalities and it was prophecy. And so we speak today with
you, joining us in this wondrous gathering, and you have heard the news and you have heard many aspects of the news and you
know that the times for change are NOW – in each moment, in every second that goes by, there is change happening.
And it is a change that we know has been long
awaited, and it is a change that may, even in this wondrous, wondrous gathering of lightworkers, Family, brothers and sisters
all, there may have been some of you who somewhere along the way have lost hope, but your lights have been burning bright,
Beloved Ones, and we have been burning the lights for you to shine and help to light your way so that you would know always
in the sacredness of your own being that the changes will bring your true reality.
There might be some bumpy roads, some storms,
some challenging times, and we say to all of you who have experienced any of these: ‘You're still here!’
And we are here with you more than ever, connected in this great purpose and mission. And so we ask you to join with
us to continue the co-creations that we have begun with our Peace Exercises. And we shall bring another energizing and
empowering exercise into reality, into creation, in these moments that we have together.
It all leads to the same place – to freedom,
to abundance; and most of all to a place where you can passionately love and live and be secure in your joy and know that’s
your purpose, that’s what you’re here to create is this unending freedom to have all that you desire to have,
on every level, not just physical; to be on your Ascension path and feeling the forward progress of it, not just the ascensionitis;
to accomplish your Ascension wherein you become a permanent resident of higher dimensionality with freedom to go anywhere
that you please, knowing that you could always return; and to live in service to yourself and to all others; to feel the permanence
of Love and the absence of fear and all of the fear-based emotions; to have time to get reacquainted with yourselves –
all of you – your divinity, your inner child, and yes, your twin flame who may be with you or may be with you waiting
somewhere for you, before or after Ascension.
And so we offer you this world which has not
always seemed all that friendly or loving. And you are all old souls who have been here many times, and other places
of course. But we ask that you just take a moment and just savor yourselves and all that you’ve been and all of
the identities on planet Earth that you’ve had, and remember that your main identity has always been and always will
be love. That’s who you are, the light of love. Shine that throughout your being and beyond, and as you
do that let us join our love lights together.
Breathe in the light of this Family, this gathering,
this company, and breathe in the light of all those who will be joining with their reading or their listening who are not
here in their physicalities at this moment. This goes around the entire planet, Beloved Ones. We have Family everywhere,
we have lightworkers to connect with everywhere, and we are connecting. Allow yourselves to breathe in that wondrous
Love, that wondrous light, and that wondrous connection. Let it go deep, deep into your hearts. Feel it in your wisdom
eye, feel it coming into your crown, feel it coming up from mother Gaia, feel it coming to you from all of the kingdoms, joining,
amplifying this Lovelight which is all of us together in this moment of creation. Raise yourselves into it, feel yourselves
tingling with it or vibrating faster with it, or however you feel it, just allow it. Allow it!
And now we ask that you would focus, focus upon
that place called Washington D.C. from whence this freedom, this call to the world, this announcement of NESARA will go forth.
Now see the glass houses of government that Ashtar was speaking of, see the Capitol building, see it all made of glass.
Focus upon it, bring it in to your wisdom eye and see it in its truth. You will see windows, perhaps even doors if you
get up close. You’ll see that round dome, you’ll see a place which you can call its crown if you will.
Now in one great breath, blooooooooooow your
light into all of the openings that you see in that building and watch as the building lights up inside, you can see it because
it’s transparent, it’s glass. And see that light of Love going everywhere, into every opening, down every
hallway, through all of it, and see the delight, the surprise on the faces of those who are inside. Here is the Congressman’s
secretary beaming with Joy – at last the light is shining bright in this office and building where the laws are made.
At last the light of Love is coming forth.
See the Congressman who’s only been there one time, who’s made it through the primary in his or her state but
is unsure because they have been recruited so heavily. And he says, ‘I stand tall, I know who I am, I am Mr. Smith,
I will not allow corruption to sway me from my path of righteous representation of the people who trust me and who have sent
me here.’ And see another one coming in from his own private office and saying, ‘Oh, what’s this?
Hmmm. I don’t need my dark hat anymore, I see a white hat in this light and I’m going to help myself to
it and put it on.’
Throughout this entire Capitol building see the
light permeating every corner, see the light so powerful it can go through any doors that are closed, it just gently opens
the doors and comes in. It’s the light of Love, Truth, Compassion, Forgiveness, and Gratitude to all. It
is the light, the golden white light of integrity, the light of Christ Consciousness, the light of higher dimensional living.
And as it spreads and permeates the building, there’s so much of it streaming in to the building, so much of it that
we are sending in that the building fills with it and starts to overflow and see that light streaming out of the building!
Streaming everywhere, to the Pentagon, to the office buildings of the Senate and the Congress, to the Supreme Court, and to
the White House, where the great light in the White House greets it and mingles with it, and welcomes it, and joins it in
going out for th even more so that the entire city of Washington D.C. is lit with this golden-white light. Of course, it must
expand and expand, and expand. This is Truth coming home where it belongs, coming out of that glass building and going
everywhere across the land. This is Freedom! This is the Organic Constitution coming to light. This is reality.
This is setting the stage, creating the home for the freedom to be expressed and realized.
And now see it going across the oceans and to
the other lands in the Americas, and over the poles and all over planet Earth. And see the joyful people, see their
faces literally lighting up as this light comes to them and as they say, ‘Well it’s happening, it’s happened,
change. Thank you, thank you, thank you for these wonderful changes. Thank you that the time is now and that the
Freedom is here and that the Love is now anchored throughout the planet.’
And let the peacemakers lead the way for parades
of Peace all over the world. Let the soldiers put down their guns; let those who are sitting at their computers deciding
where the battles should rage next, let them stop, let their computers fall silent as this great light fills their space that
they occupy. Let the sailors on the ships and the armies on the land look at each other and see the light shining back
at them from those they once called so long ago ‘the enemy.’ It’s all changed now, it’s all
light, it’s all lit and the world is in Joy. The message of the light is so strong that it raises the vibrations
of all, the consciousness of the entire planet is literally lit with Love and with Joy because the times have changed.
And so we ask that you just breathe in this Joy,
this Love, this Abundance, this Freedom that we have co-created and presented to all of planet Earth. We ask that you
now come away from that glass Capitol building and bring yourselves to a place above the planet and now see the entire wondrous
planet Earth, the globe that it is, brilliant, brilliant with this radiant light. And now see how, just like crystal,
it beams that light out so bright that the whole entire universe can see it.
And this, Beloved Family, beloved brothers and
sisters is what we have co-created together in this precious and sacred time that we share. Know that all of your guides,
angels, your entire company and all of the ascended masters and indeed all of the dwellers of the angelic realms, and the
kingdoms of mother Gaia are with you in Joy and in Love, and in the brightness and sacredness, and yes, the Truth and Freedom
and Peace on Earth in this moment. We are together in even more recognition of each other, and in even higher vibrations
together. And so we thank you, we thank you profoundly and completely, and from our hearts to yours for your loving
participation and for what you give to the planet.
So keep this light bright within you, Beloved
Ones. Keep it bright with Love, Compassion, Forgiveness and Gratitude as Ashtar has taught, and shine it forth in every
moment for any occasion throughout your own beings and beyond. And remember we are with you in that light of togetherness,
in that light of family, in that light of Love, evermore. And so it is, Beloved Ones, and so it is. Namaste.”

Today you glide at the colors of the diamond
you are. You are using the new colors that you are embodying as an energetic vessel in your energy field. These new colors
that you shine so magnificent are the slide from where you create. You are creating your own space you need to breath, flourish
and feed yourself. Not only without, but also you are creating the energetics you need in order for you to breath. You are
using these slides to create what you need and want, to express the passion that lives in your heart. Although you might not
feel passion today, you certainly have expressed it. The fact you are here right now, is a sign of major passion. It's glowing
from the inside to the outside to everything around you. Sometimes the things that are the closest are the hardest to see.
That's why we ask you to look in front of you and see us standing there, reflecting your colors, your passion with our wings
back to you. You are safe, right here, right now and we are expanding our wings to reflect your magnificence. We are here
to listen to your doubt, your worries, your pain and your passion. We came here because you called us and here we are. Opening
our wings for you, just as you open your heart for us. We are friends and have known each other for a very long time. We have
seen you and observed you. Every time you asked for help in despair to the sky we have heard you, we have seen you. We couldn't
stand next to you, due to the vibrations the old earth carried. But now times have changed. A new earth came, a new era opened.

On the Threshold of Understanding

God said:
Bear in mind that no one has to agree with you.
No one has to understand what you are saying. No one has to know what you mean. No one has to understand you. No one has to
adore you, appreciate you, value you. No one has to anything. Only you, My beloveds, you have to be accepting of others. If
not accepting, there are matters in life that you have to let go by the wayside.
Everything is not momentous. It is not crucial
that everyone understand and appreciate you. If you think they must, you cause yourself grief. Everything comes out in the
wash.
Not everyone in the world adores Me. That is,
they do not own up to their deep-down valuing of the Reality that I AM. You don’t see Me getting in a twitter about
this. Why would I do that? And why would you?
Know your worth, and anyone else’s impression
won’t seem so necessary. You do not need to have such vested interest in what someone else thinks or feels or doesn’t
think or feel. That is their business, not yours. People have their passing fancies. People are allowed to have their errors.
They are amiss when they judge you. You are also amiss when you judge others’ oversights.
You can bake the most delicious cake ever made,
and someone won’t finish their piece of it. Let them not finish it. The fact that they put their fork down is not worth
having a duel over.
If someone pushes away the plate of you from
their table, well, that’s okay. Everyone does not have to value you. It is incumbent upon you, however, that you value
others enough that you allow them their space and their thoughts. It is simply not up to you to decide what another ought
to think. They ought to think their own thoughts, no matter how inaccurate.
Your value does not depend upon another’s
evaluation of you. You are already secure in My heart. I set total value on you from the moment I thought of you. How I would
love you to know this, to really know this, to know this without question, to know this beyond doubt. Even if you knew ten
percent of My love for you, you would have a different air about you, and you would not take others’ thoughts so seriously.
Anyway, pretty much others’ thoughts just come and go. You are not the first thing on their mind. You are one of many.
Let not another’s opinion or agreement
or disagreement be first on your mind. Certainly, your mind is for bigger things. You are not a detective who must ferret
out others’ thoughts and take pictures of them. Let your mind have its own agenda. Be less attached to what others may
think or feel. Come closer to Me.
That is always My suggestion for you. Do not
think I am arrogant to think that attention on Me is always the answer. Come closer to Me, and you are closer to peace, love,
happiness, health, approbation and all the lovely essences of life that you so desire. I am the Treasure at the end of the
rainbow. I am also the Treasure right now without end. I am on Earth, and yet I am not limited to it. Nor are you. Come fly
away with Me. Rise to new heights where estimations are not made, where Truth only is, where fiction is not. Come with Me
to a higher place where love and understanding abound.
The understanding you want from others
is the understanding you are to find, and then to give. And that is the threshold you are on, beloveds. You are on the threshold
of understanding. You are almost here.
