My dear friends, we love you so very much.
As many of your trees turn colors dear friends, they serve as a reminder that in order
to create what is new in your life, you must release that which no longer serves you. In order to bring a more authentic "you"
to the surface of your life, you must release areas of your life that are no longer consistent with your dreams and desires.
And so in this beautiful season of autumn, ask yourselves, "What is I want to create, and what must I release in order to
make room for that dream in my life?" Some of you will find that you need to clear out the clutter in your closets. Some of
you will realize that you must change priorities in terms of how you will spend your time. Some of you will have to let go
of beliefs and programs that no longer serve you. For every new creation in your life, there will always be something that
must be released in order to give birth to the new.
To create a relationship you must get rid of beliefs and patterns that no longer serve
you. You may have to rid yourself of old grudges, old doubts about whether or not God loves you enough to bring you the perfect
person for your life. Maybe you will need to make room in your schedule to enjoy your own life so in that enjoyment you can
be vibrationally matched with someone else enjoying their life as well. Maybe you have to give up old apathy or excuses and
get your finances and your life in order. Whatever it is that holds you back from imagining your dreams coming into your lives
dear ones, let go. By unburdening yourself in this fashion you create the room for miracles in your lives.
By releasing lack you create abundance. By releasing notions of being unloved, you create
love. By clearing clutter you make room for new items in your life, or you prepare for the move you have been desiring. By
clearing time in your schedule by releasing those activities that no longer serve you, you make room for ones that do. In
the birth of every creation, there is also a release of what no longer serves. The chick breaks free of the shell. The acorn
bursts open to allow the mighty oak tree to grow. The flower must die to bear fruit, and so on dear friends, and so too, you
will leave behind what no longer serves you in order to nourish and make room for your dreams to be birthed.

Masters, what will you tell us about world conditions and atmospheric anomalies?
Masters: October brings a natural change of the seasons, but
the seasons will be almost violently different in many parts of the world. Let’s start with the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. This month will see periods of beautiful fall weather, with the northern trees
turning color, but the leaves will fall sooner and temperatures vacillate dramatically. In the southern areas, crops will
ripen sooner and demand rapid reaping to avoid losses. Canada’s temperatures will start to fall sooner and become perhaps
one of the coldest winters on record. This will drift down into northern U.S. also. Mid-America will be receiving, again,
many unforetold storms and high winds during the middle of the month, then greeting unusual light snowfalls. Mexico’s
Fall season will surprise the population with colder than normal temperatures and high amounts of rainfall as the Pacific
sea shares its typhoon/hurricane anomalies with coastal areas. Earthquakes will continue all along the western coasts of these
lands, as expected. The under-sliding Pacific plate is moving slowly, starting and stopping according to the magnetic pull
from your solar system. The possibility of very strong quakes is growing, slowly, but progressively. It is time for those
living along these coasts to think about alternative locations and/or have emergency supplies prepared and ready to go. Inland
volcanoes will be affected by such movement, of course, and will react accordingly. This applies to most of Mexico, and even
to the Canadian highlands. In the meantime, prepare for a very cold, stormy, and white winter. See that children are dressed
very warm and have extra gear available ASAP. Check on your older loved ones and those who are unable to help themselves in
these situations – see that they have adequate fuel and food supplies. Even if this sounds very negative, there is great
beauty and excitement awaiting you during these times. The
skies will have colors and cloud formations that will astound the scientists, and unexpected warm days will bring everyone
out to enjoy winter sports. Be careful, be prepared, and be grateful you are here at this time of the Earth renewing itself.
Central and South America’s weather conditions will
echo the above for the most part, except for temperature swings that will cool their summer season unexpectedly. The highlands
will hold onto their snow packs for a longer time and the growing seasons in the grasslands will appear slightly stunted.
Looking at the huge northern land areas of Russia and Asia, again, we see the atmosphere being hit hard by the rising frequencies, allowing for
higher temperatures than normal, causing some snow melts and unusual flooding at this time of year. Then, falling temperatures
and freezing again. A very hard winter for those who live there. China will be at the cusp of these dramatic changes, causing difficulties in communications
and rail travel.
Europe will be
enduring a difficult winter, with very low temperatures and high humidity, starting to some extent this month. Sea levels
continue to rise, slowing down as temperatures fall. We see high amounts of snow beginning to pile up by the end of the month
and the real danger of avalanches this year to a higher extent than ever before.
The Middle East and
India will be enveloped in a huge circle of atmospheric anomalies that
alternately bring warm winds, then icy storms, mostly developing by the middle of the month. Flooding again is very possible,
with myriads of earthquakes shaking these lands.
The great rift in Africa is moving again, causing quakes in those mostly-vacant areas. However, this will
affect the Arabian Peninsula also,
causing tides in the surrounding seas to make sea commerce difficult for a time.
Australia and
the southern range of islands this month will be experiencing extremely high temperatures by the middle of the month, drying
out underbrush and making fires a hazard. The good news is that we see far more rainfall than is expected normally, which
will help the situation.
As it has always been, the
month of October is a time of preparation, and is now a time to think ahead in many ways. As these higher frequencies
change the atmosphere and the face of the planet, so are they changing the mentality of humankind. There is a clarity of mind
that is progressing now, especially in the younger populations all over the world. Despite the failure of educational programs
in many countries, especially in the U.S., young people are waking up to the necessity of building the world in a better way,
without the discriminations that have caused wars, death, and heartbreak. Give the little ones your time, reading to them
and encouraging their curiosity about everything they see, hear, and feel. This new generation is a huge part of your changing
world. Help them to make it a better one.

"Well greetings everyone, Beloved Family! We are so pleased to have so many of us together
for this sacred gathering, and we shall be focusing on a most important mission as we come together with our Love, and our
Compassion, and our Forgiveness, and yes, our Gratitude!
"Now everybody who was here listening to the reports of what is happening in 3D - and
did you feel your vibes go up when the Beloved Masters** shared what is coming - this NESARA, it’s an energy. Yes it
might be words, but it’s an energy, and it raises the vibrations. Not just of those who were listening to the words
momentarily ago, but also for the world, the Planet, just to put it out there. You might want to print it and post it, so
you can read it over and over again.*** You might want to share it with others who are knowing that big things are happening
but they are just not sure what that’s going to look like.
"NESARA is another bridge up, up and out of 3D. It is actually a higher dimensional co-creation,
divinely inspired you can say, to create a means for passing from 3D and all of the dramas of power and control and so on
that have been so consuming of everyone’s time and energies. And NESARA is the path - it is the way to higher dimensionality!!!
It is a way to really living in a higher dimensional lifestyle. It is, yes, an undoing, it is what you might call a healing.
And if there is any doubt among you, some of you, we know, saw the violet ray when she was reading the words, and felt its
energy and its empowerment.* And we will just make this very clear right now that yes, St. Germain and the other Masters and
I, Ashtar, and all of us who have come to join with you in this huge undertaking, this Ascension of Planet Earth, we are co-creators
of NESARA as much as those beloved ones in the human bodies who actually wrote the words!!!You might say we helped to inspire
the words.
"And how was it that this became the way? It became the way because the consciousness
of the Planet called it forth. As we said in our message to you most recently, it is you, Beloved Ones who are the creators!
We are here with you, we are here to co-create with you the means by which you accomplish these missions. But you are the
creators of the missions, the inspirations, that is, of what it is that is to be done and you know that house-cleaning in
every area and every aspect of 3D is essential to this movement upward, this transition. And so it is that NESARA is a huge
part.
"Now there are those of you who are more inclined to not pay a lot of attention to the
news, and remember, we ourselves have advised that you not do so unless you can do so with absolute Compassion and Forgiveness
- that is absence of judgment. If you can say thank you -er- well, here’s one: 'Thank You to the Shrub family and to
the Roth fellers for creating so many boxes, for showing us so clearly what needs to be changed' - then wonderful! And if
you can catch portions of the news which are uplifting, this is even more wondrous! But if you tune in and you hear a story
of violence or a story of war, and you see pictures, and so on, and if it saddens you, if you get into fear, then leave it.
Just say 'Thank you for showing me what I am co-creating to change,' and get yourself up into a high vibration just as fast
as you can, because the news is not for everyone.
"And that is why Beloved Ones such as Masters Tara and Rama** are here. It is to give
you the highlights so you know that progress is moving forward. Because we understand that you have been waiting a long time.
Longer than most of you thought you would. And we understand that the way has not been easy for you. When you came here, you
knew that in many ways this could be the hardest lifetime that you have ever, ever experienced in volunteering to come Planet
Earth, because the changes that needed to be made were so monumental! Because, this whole 3D low vibrational stuff has been
so pervasive, the control has been so absolute, the laws and the disempowerments have been so, what you call draconian, and
the mistreatments and the abuses have been so heinous. This is enough to dampen anyone’s spirits, indeed it’s
enough to plunge anyone into a low vibrational mode.
"And so you not only had to overcome and make these big changes moving into this Golden
Age, this age of Aquarius and Ascension, but you also had to deal with it in yourselves, because this is it! Everybody who
wants to cross that great bridge to Ascension has to give up this stuff that’s been sticking through all these eons
of time and has to come into a high enough vibration!!! And everybody who is here in mission and purpose, whether you are
in the Ashtar Command or a Lightworker of any kind, Angels in human embodiment, Masters who have ascended and come back, and
Star beings. Yes, Ashtar Commanders all. This family is Ashtar Family! And you have had to undertake personal and individual
challenges, as well as being here to light the World - not easy, we know.
"But we have a report for you about you. We are so thrilled to be here with you to tell
you this! You have come so far, Beloved Ones, that we have entered into a new phase. I know, we asked the Voice to give you
a little heads up on this. But we are here to tell you that you've all advanced. There isn’t anybody here who’s
a beginner, whether this is the first time on an Ashtar call or not. You are here because you know, and you are here because
you have gifts that you have brought with you. And you are here because you are starting to be alive with these gifts, and
you are here because you all have 5D and higher hearts!!! That’s right!
"Now we are talking about the heart of you. Your physical heart is a part of you of course,
but you’ve got these areas called chakras, and quite frankly you have chakras outside of your human bodies, or chakra
points we should say. Actually your chakras are outside of your human body, but you have corresponding chakra points within
your physicality. Don’t bother getting too bothered by that. That’s not anything you need to know, except to know
that your energy fields are full of Light, and your chakras are responding, and your DNA is opening. No, you are not full
of junk, and the scientists are starting to recognize it, and they are starting to make the connections that you already know.
Because you have opened to your gifts enough to know how to bring the Light in and shine it forth!
"And as a group, collectively, we are here to work together with passion, yes, passion,
you know, is a prime ingredient of higher vibrational lifestyle. It’s about Joy, it’s about Love, it’s about
being Who You Really Came Here To Be, and expressing it! And we have reached that critical mass point, if you want to think
of it as that, where you are all here and bringing 5D into 3D!!!...To continue..

God said:
I hold a cup to your lips, and I say, "Drink from this cup," Yet you are busy on other
matters. Take a moment. Sit near Me, and drink from the cup I offer you. This is a wonderful time We will have. Sit knee to
knee with Me, and drink the nectar I offer you. Would you refuse? You would not refuse. Yet you may be in such a frenzy with
other matters that you aren't aware of Me. You may even think you have to get ready for Me before I would appear before you.
You may think you have to be a new improved you before I would sit down with you.
Yet I am here right now.
You do not have to kneel before Me. I invite you to sit before Me, and let Me gaze at
you. Let Us gaze at each other as if We were each other. We are One, so when you gaze into My eyes, it is your eyes you are
seeing.
It is all yourself, yet that is spectacularly hard for you to believe. Of course, you
think you know yourself so well. You are certain there is a wide parting between us, an impasse, a gauntlet you must run,
a wonder you must perform, a cleansing, a preparation, an initiation, a technique, an assignment to fulfill, a tribute to
make, an obeisance and so forth. The obeisance is to sit with Me, and let Us be friends who hobnob together.
Yes, I want to hobnob with you. Is that asking so much? Apparently, it is, for you have
all kinds of reasons why not just yet. You are waiting for a better you who feels worthy to sit near Me. Whether you feel
worthy or not, come sit with Me, and you will soon know your worthiness. It is not so momentous as you think to sit with Me.
It is the most beautiful moment of all, and yet it is not momentous. It is expected that you will sit with Me. Even if you
have just come in from working in the garden, just come sit with Me. If your hands are wet from washing dishes, never mind.
Just come sit with Me.
Do it for Me. You can imagine how much I want you near Me. You might say that My heart
is aching for yours. You could say that, yet the fact is that your heart is aching for Mine. If you will assuage My heart,
then come to Me for My sake. You will come, you know. You may come from an unexpected route, and, yet, you will come.
You may drop from the ceiling! You may climb the beanstalk! You may run up to Me. You
may edge over to Me slowly. Do you think I care how you come to Me? I care that you come to Me. In fact, I say, "Make it snappy.
Let's sit together and all the treasures find."
Explore Heaven with Me while you are still walking the Earth. C'mon. What do you say?

to wear a special robe. All you have to do is to come to Me. That is what I ask. Come to Me. Come to Me. Come to Me.

From our perspective the ascension process can be viewed as two converging energetic streams.
The
first involves your KA body, your subtle energy body (i.e. your etheric twin or spiritual double). Any method that raises
the vibratory rate of the KA is a method for ascension.
The second stream involves the physical body and the
transformation of matter into light. The complete metamorphosis of matter into light is a very advanced form of ascension,
and is generally only seen in highly developed Initiates.
However, the seed forms of this metamorphosis can,
and do, present themselves in various stages of the ascension process.
The sound meditation we wish to share with you is a vehicle to increase the inflow of
spiritual light (i.e. interdimensional light,) into your endocrine system. During the ascension process the hormones that
comprise your biological sea and the inner realities of your body go through a refinement. This sound meditation is a gentle
yet potent means to facilitate this upward movement.
The Meditation
We wish to share two methods for working with this Attunement.
The first
is for beginners, those of you who are unfamiliar with the inner realms of your own consciousness. The second method is for
those of you who are more advanced.
Both of these methods work quite well. Recognize where you are in your own
development and choose accordingly.
The First Method
In this approach you simply place your focused attention in the area of your pituitary
gland, the master regulator of your endocrine system. As with all of the previous Dimensional Attunements we have given, the
sounds you will hear are analogs of fluctuations in the light realms, and they will create a movement of energies in the pituitary,
so long as you hold your attention in the general area of the pituitary gland. This area is located approximately one inch
(or 2cm) behind the bridge of the nose.
This general area is all that you need to focus on. It is not necessary
to be exact. Simply resting your awareness in the area will accomplish the task. The operative word here is “rest" your
awareness. This is not concentration. You simply rest your attention in the area of the pituitary gland and allow the sounds
you hear to affect the area. When your mind wanders, simply bring it back to focused attention on the pituitary.
The Second Method
For those of you more familiar with your
inner realms, we suggest you imagine that the area of your pituitary gland is a white lotus flower floating on a still and
infinite body of pure water. This mental impression shifts your brain/mind into a highly receptive state and generates a quality
of consciousness that is very helpful to this particular type of transformational work. We suggest the white lotus because
all colors and all frequencies are held within it. You can imagine this lotus as a partially or fully opened blossom, or if
you prefer, you can imagine it as a closed bud.
Hold the mental impression of this white lotus in the area of
your pituitary gland, and as with the first method, when your mind wanders, bring it back to the lotus and the area of your
pituitary.
Whether you use the first method or the second, the catalytic sounds will cause a movement of subtle
energies within the pituitary creating a cascade of energetic effects throughout all of the glands that comprise your endocrine
system. As you continue to experience this Attunement, you will become more familiar with its subtle and potent effects.
We
suggest that before you begin, you spend a few moments separating yourself from the concerns of your daily life. Draw a line
between this short meditation and the rest of your life. The meditation is approximately five minutes long, and after you
are done listening to it, we suggest you spend a few moments in silence, sensing the area of your pituitary. If you are energetically
sensitive and aware, you can feel the subtle effects in all of your glands.
As we said previously, this
Attunement is subtle, yet potent. And this odd paradox is based upon an intricate relationship between matter and energy.
As
you move into the more subtle levels of matter (i.e. sub-atomic particles) there is more potential energy. Likewise, as you
move into the more subtle levels of your own consciousness there is also an increase in energy (i.e. the powers of consciousness).
The
patterns that comprise this Attunement are precise and they form complex relationships in the subtle realms of consciousness.
Do
not be deceived by its simplicity. This Attunement is a potent transformer of consciousness.
We therefore suggest
that you experiment and find your own comfort zone with this particular Attunement.
When you generate an increase
of light-flows within the pituitary gland and the endocrine system, you release a potent and powerful purification. Each of
you has your own comfort zone in this.
For some of you, listening to the Attunement once a day will be all you
can comfortably handle. Others may feel drawn to listen to it multiple times.
As you proceed to listen to this
Attunement on a regular basis, you will find your energetic nesting or comfort zone expanding, and you will be able to listen
to it multiple times. But the guiding principle is your comfort zone.
If you listen to this Attunement too often
for your own energetic reality, you will know that you have crossed the line. You will recognize that you are releasing more
energies within you than you are comfortable dealing with. The simple fact is that as the glands comprising your endocrine
system receive fluctuations of light, via the pituitary gland, they release inhibiting patterns of energy and consciousness.
The
only guideline here is to proceed in a manner that is comfortable to you. Those of you who are more warrior-like in your nature
can push the river, so to speak. But do realize that you are greatly accelerating the energetic transformation of your endocrine
system. And if your perception, your thoughts and feelings, speed up too much, then slow down. Listen to the Attunement less
often and find your comfort zone.
Transmissions of Light
The World Meditation on 11/11/11
For those of you who choose to join us energetically, wherever you are, during the
World Meditation on November 11, 2011, we ask that you work with this Attunement on a regular basis. The more familiar you
are with this Attunement, and the more comfortable you are with its subtle effects, the more you will gain from the World
Meditation when it takes place.
During this World Meditation, the Attunement sequence will be repeated seven
times for the group gathered in Seattle for this event. They will be holding the physical focus for this World Meditation,
but the energetic of the Meditation, as well as the three-day gathering in Seattle, will transcend both time and space.
In other words, you can enter into profound states of inner awareness during the event, regardless of where you might physically
be.
Dates and Times
The actual World Meditation, itself, will run from 9 pm until
10 pm September 11th PST. (Note: This is 5 am – 6 am Saturday, November 12, GMT.)
If you choose to
ride the energetic during this specific hour-long meditation, we suggest you listen to the Attunement seven times and then
sit in silence for twenty to thirty minutes with your attention in the area of your pituitary. If possible, we suggest that
you then lie down and rest.
The transformational energies around this Meditation will extend for a three-day
period, which will begin at 7 pm on September 11th PST and continue until September 13th at 4 pm, PST. Meditation on
the Pituitary Dimensional Attunement will be particularly potent during this time period. (To find your time corollary go

We are releasing this Pituitary Dimensional Attunement at a propitious and precarious time
in the ascent of human consciousness. We do so with the hopes that it will assist you to reclaim your sovereign will
as co-creators. It is also our view that this particular Attunement will serve you as a transformational tool for many
years into your future.
Of all the Dimensional Attunements we have given, this one is our most treasured.
During
its creation, this Attunement was birthed from, and infused with, transformational energies from the 5th through the 12th
dimensions of our interdimensional reality.
By its very nature, this Attunement carries a subtle yet potent evolutionary
energy. Many of you will use this Attunement to more clearly see the mystery of how you co-create your realities. And as the
veils that separate physical reality from subtle realities part, you will awaken to a new vision of yourself, as well as a
