Gabriel: Heavenly Blessings
The energies you are receiving through the transmission of the Transition is exceptionally
strong and I tell you, as the messenger of the One, that there is no intention, no plan to vary this, to turn it down at all.
If anything, my beloved ones, you may feel it growing stronger and stronger and stronger within you.
Now we have heard your discussions about the crests of the
waves and the troughs and some of the experiences that you have been experiencing as you are clearing, as you are undergoing
your life review, as you are experiencing cosmic flu, as you are beginning to put in place your new life plan, your expansion,
your next chapter, the beginning of your Ascension travels, the claiming of the fulness of your multi-dimensional, trans-dimensional,
inter-dimensional Self. Oh, no, we will not stop that transmission.
But what we are doing is bringing you this gift to remind
you and to restore you because much of what we are doing with you, my beloved ones, is about restoration. It is not just about
us restoring you but it is about you claiming and reclaiming your birthright and the totality of who you are. What we do is
we bring you this gentle joy so that as you are riding the waves, as you are going through the integration of this transition,
that you will have this sense of deep knowing, of quiet joy, of quiet peace, so that even though the seas may look rough,
that everything, above, below and in between is in exact Divine Order and unfoldment of the Divine Mother’s Plan, so
that you will know that you are attended by legions, by the entire company of Heaven. This energy is already flooding your
planet, a gift for all humanity, a gift given freely and equally.
Attendant with this gift, the wrapping on this gift is purity,
what many of you think of as grace, but it is also the remembering, the re-awakening, the restoring, the reclaiming of your
original Self and imprint, of your original sense of innocence, of awe and wonder. Why? Because it is in divine timing but
also because my beloved ones, during these times of such intense magnification, such intense change, the shift, of leaving
what you think you have known behind, it is important that your memory in every particle and subatomic fiber of your being,
remembers the original part of who you are and that is innocence. It is beauty. It is love. It is absolute grace and glory.
It is divinity.
So while you are pushing out and letting go and cleansing
some of the illusions that you have had in this lifetime and other lifetimes as well we are pushing you back even further
and at the same time catapulting you forward – yes, it is completely possible – so that you are in the place of
embracing, remembering and loving your innocence, your purity and your gentle joy.

I am Akbal with
the Tone of 11. Welcome to this grand and glorious day of new beginnings filled with the anticipation of future dreams. What
do you wish to create? Your future begins now, in this moment. No matter what you have chosen in your past, the Path you walk
today will create your future.
Take time to quiet your mind and relax your body. Take a few moments to breathe
in and out, releasing the thoughts and cares of the day. Feel your muscles relax while focusing on your breathing. Take a
moment to reflect on the circumstances of your life. Feel gratitude for each of the blessings that comes to your mind. Are
there any areas of dis-ease or unrest you would like to change? Choose one, it matters not which one for you can return at
any time and work on other issues.
Look closely at the problem you wish to focus on today. When did it first
appear in your life? What were the circumstances surrounding the event? How did you react at that time? How did any others
involved react at that time? Was there something that could have been said or done to resolve the issue when it first arose?
If so, take note of this and let it be a reminder to you to have the courage to say what needs to be spoken when future issues
arise, so they will not fester and become problematic.
No one has control over what another person feels, thinks,
believes or how he behaves. You have control only of yourself and for many this control is rarely contained. Thus, the place
to focus on your dis-ease is within yourself. What has caused this unrest in yourself? In what ways did you contribute to
the problem?
If it is a physical malady you want to release, know that in most cases, disease is caused by stinking
thinking. Thoughtforms that are negative glop onto each other, many times within the person’s auric field. When these
collective thoughtforms become denser, they manifest as a malady in the body.
We know this is not true for all
things, because many of your current diseases are caused by toxic foods, beauty products and environmental pollution, all
created by yourselves. We suggest you take a closer look at the foods you ingest and the lotions you place on your body. Take
an active role in cleaning up your environment. Plant a garden and learn to grow your food without pesticides and herbicides.
What better ways can you spend your time than enjoying the world around you and learning to take better care of the Earth?
We return to the issue you are focusing on today. Be as objective as possible and honestly review your role
in the situation that caused the problem to continue. Is there something you can do to resolve the issue? If you are unable
or unwilling to resolve issues with other people, you can still forgive them for their part in the transgression. Simply understand
that they made the best choice they could in the circumstance. No matter how you feel they should have reacted, they (and
you) were both making choices based on your belief codes. It is only natural that each of you speaks and reacts within your
comfort zone. This is why it is so important to be consciously aware of the belief codes that are driving your life.
Many
therapists suggest that people write letters to those with whom they are trying to resolve issues. This has advantages, whether
you mail the letter or not, for it helps to give the problem clarity. We suggest you write this letter in a way that you accept
full responsibility for whatever transpired. This does not mean that you were fully to blame, however it is one method of
pulling the reality of your involvement into the open.
It is easy for people to justify everything they say
and do by blaming others for all that has transpired. By writing down ways you were responsible for the event, it opens the
possibility for you to recognize your role in the upset. Find good friends you can entrust your story with. If your friends
are objective and can speak openly and honestly with you, it may be good to relate the event to them and ask their input on
how you could have handled the situation better. This entails that both of you have reached a level of maturity in which you
can objectively look at both sides of the story. It is also imperative that you are able to receive another’s advice
gracefully.
Generally, unresolved issues are relived by repeating your stories over and over to others. The
reason is not to resolve the problem, but to gain support that will enable you to be the righteous one or the victim. We do
not condone such behavior; it is very detrimental to all involved. As you mature and learn to speak your truth, with integrity,
your relationships will blossom and the fighting that is rampant on Earth will significantly lessen. You each have within
you the power to be peacemakers. However, your fears and the need to control others or force your beliefs onto others causes
you much static.
Once again, we return to the issue that you are focusing on today. Are you able to accept your
role in the event? What could you have done better in the situation? Muse on this for a while and in your mind role-play how
you can act differently when the same or similar situation arises in the future. Many times, you cannot undo an event, but
you can learn from it and make better choices the next time. That is what ascension is all about, learning to master and control
your Self.
Can you think of ways to rectify the situation? What will it take? Do you have the courage to take
the necessary steps to right the wrong? Perhaps it is time to let go of a belief code that no longer works for you. Have courage
to move forward in all you do. A life of wonder and bliss awaits all who have the courage to move past fears and focus on
love and gratitude. Focusing on negative thoughts will keep you entrapped in a world of pain and suffering. This is the hell
that many of you fear. It is a creation of your own mind. This need not be so. Many of you are so deeply entrenched in your
negative outlook on life that you have drowned your sorrows in alcohol or try to reach moments of bliss by ingesting pills.
There is a better way, but you must first gain control of your thoughts. Stop blaming others for anything. Stop
viewing yourself as a victim, no matter what the circumstances. If it happened in the past, it is over. Stop worrying about
the future, because it isn’t here. Gain control of your life by living in the moment. Look around and find the blessings
in your life and give thanks. A grateful heart will open the door to more blessings. When you are locked in despair and victimhood,
it is impossible to see the blessings that lie beyond you. Like a horse with blinders, you keep yourself locked in a cycle
of despair, not allowing hope to come into your awareness.
Most have to hit bottom before they will even look
up or reach out their hand for help. At any moment, any one of you has the ability to have an “Aha!” moment and
to choose a completely different path. However, you will never reach this point until you stop your runaway train of negative
thinking. How can you do this? It is simple, when you are having negative thoughts, think again. Force yourself to think of
something else. This may be difficult in the beginning, for like all habits, it takes practice to undo. However, it is possible,
and with practice, it will become easier to let go of old thought patterns and enjoy new, more loving and positive thoughts.
Today we suggest you look deeply at the issue you wish to resolve. Accept the parts that you were responsible
for. Forgive others for the role they played that was in disagreement with you. Forgive yourself for your part. Find ways
to rectify the situation. Practice ways to react differently in future scenarios. Take any actions necessary to clear the
negative energy, whether it is in the form of an apology, a conversation or simply the release of negative energies through
the power of forgiveness.
Do not consider yourself a victim. At best, consider the event a valuable learning
experience. Many times, the most painful situations you heal in yourself allows you to help another who is going through the
same situation. This is the beauty of experience; being able to share and support your fellow man. It is our hope that your
heart is open to see the beauty within yourself and all others around you. We invite you to call on us for support and encouragement.
You have within you the power to resolve any issue that confronts you. Simply have courage to face these issues and infuse
them with love so a clear resolution for what is in your highest good and the good of all can shine forth!

Beloved Ones,
This
is a time for deep inner contemplation and the discerning of that which still exists within yourselves that no longer serves
the Path you have chosen. These times require complete self honesty and the making of further choices that will set free that
which has not been resolved to this time. Many times it is in One’s perspective that the change has to take place and
when clarity comes, it is usually when One has let go of the need to know the definitive answer and just allow what was and
is, in One’s current situation with acceptance.
The road before you becomes ever narrower in terms of
what must be done and conversely, it broadens your horizons as to possibilities. Many of you have been juggling your personal
relationship issues with your deep desire for greater God connection and this has created inner conflict - for when One is
faced with the sacrifice of all that One holds dear in order to connect to God within, it is most difficult to take that step.
We say the times of martyrdom are over. It is not always necessary to effect drastic changes in your life in order to progress
on your Path of Ascension.
If One would look at the issues with greater detachment and a sense of deep Love,
a way can be opened to have both. Some Souls are not meant to be in the front lines but rather to live gently in harmony and
joy with those whom they love. The time of sacrifices such as was required in days of old are no longer necessary; all that
is necessary is a heart based desire for deeper communion with the God within and for a deeper communion with those who support
you in your daily living. The important thing is to establish and maintain balance between both desires.
God
expresses through you in every moment and every facet of your life. It is God who speaks through you, acts through you and
if you can bring this realization fully forward in consciousness, you can give yourselves permission to have the best outcomes
for yourselves and for your Loved Ones through the Grace of God’s love for you all. This is what is being asked of you
in these times, to come together in love, peace and harmony, to express the higher qualities within you and by your example,
inspiring others to do the same. A life well lived is a life of Mastery.
Find your passion and focus on this
and all else shall fall into place in Divine order. If it fills you with joy and enthusiasm, then do it and the good feelings
it brings out from within you by following your heart’s desire will bless you and those around you each day. Love is
the greatest force in the Universes and miracles can and do occur when this force is employed. Love one another as God loves
you and all will be well. The outer ego will try to dissuade you from pursuing the higher aspects and attributes because that
was its role of protection in your life, but in these new times, the ego must be loved into wholeness and fully integrated
with all aspects of yourselves. To fully integrate with your higher aspects, your human ego requires your love and compassion
too.

What
If You Could Leave Your Burdens to God

What
if you could leave matters to Me? What if you could let go of all that you hold onto so tightly? What if you could? What if
you would?
What a weight would fall off your back. How relieved you would be. How light you would feel when you
leave your burdens to Me. Leave them at My door, or leave them at My feet. To Me, they are as if nothing. To you they are
everything. Burdens are weights you carry. Don't carry them. You don't have to carry them.
I do not mean you
pretend them away. I mean that you take that knapsack of burdens off your back. Take that knapsack off. Carrying it around
doesn't solve anything. Taking your burdens off your back will undo them. At the very least, you will feel lighter.
What
makes you carry them around with you as if for safe-keeping? What good does that do? It only makes you heavy on your feet.
It keeps your head down, and your shoulders weighted. Dropping off your troubles will improve your posture. Improve it now.
The
word undaunted is a good word. When you carry your burdens around with you, you are daunted. Take off your burdens, and you
will be undaunted. Why not be undaunted? Trouble does not have to nip at your heels.
If you don't know how to
solve what weighs on you, why carry it around with you? Put your troubles down.
Sometimes troubles do disappear
on their own. Sometimes troubles do not disappear until they are over. Meanwhile, what are you doing weighing yourself down
with troubles that are on their way out or even on their way in? Are your troubles the background music you play?
It
seems that you believe you must have troubles, that you believe troubles are a part of life, a part of you.
What
if you come to think that troubles do not have to pursue you? Troubles do not have to be at your heels. Give yourself a rest
from troubles. If troubles are going to find you, they will find you without your help. You can leave troubles to their own
devices. You don't have to help them out. You don't have to carry them around.
Abandon the burden of troubles.
Leave them at the wayside. If you have a difficulty, that is enough. Attend to it when it is there, not before, and not after.
Even after a trouble has been resolved, have you not continued to carry it as if you were beholden to it? What do you think
you owe the past, beloveds, that you continue to shoulder it?
Be done with the idea of trouble. If there were
no word for it, would it exist? If there were no word for trouble, would trouble exist? I ask this question seriously.
What
if troubles were looked at as only potholes in the road. No one is overjoyed at potholes, yet no one is vanquished by them
either. Oh, well, they are just potholes in the road. Potholes are not your favorites. nor are they your enemies. They are
just there. They aren't such a big deal. You manage the road with or without potholes.
What if troubles were
called bumps in the road? Here a bump, there a bump. You've made it through every bump so far. You can only make it through
the bumps in the road. The bumps do not pursue you. They are there, and then they are done. You get past them every time.
Bumps in the road are what you say they are, no more, no less. Bumps in the road are, well, just bumps in the road.

The Mystery of the Bermudian/Atlantean Hotel

Our mystery begins deep below the coral bedrock of the area
of your world known as the Bermuda Triangle, beneath the crystal clear waves where a deep underground, sprawling hotel has
been created by those of your world who have taken their money that they spend on such luxuries from your pockets. This hotel
that has been a secret up until now is 50 stories in height and it is 30 stories in breadth. It is massive as far as hotels
are concerned in your world. It was designed and it was built by those of your world with great minds and quite expanded vision.
This hotel, a playground for the rich, the famous and the successful was built from taxpayer money and secret black projects
that have embedded great amounts of wealth within the pockets of those who today garner the title of world controllers and
operators.
They do not have an open door policy or a welcome mat in front
of their sunken entrance way. Instead, only those whom they consider ‘A list’ clients are permitted to grace this
spectacular hotel’s hallways, dining areas, tennis courts, beautiful gardens and luxurious staterooms. All other trespassers
are taken into custody and their silence is promised through intimidation, incarceration, and even through the last resort
of death.
We tell you this today at the risk of stretched credibility
for our channel, because we want you to know that there are many great secrets that have been kept from you and there are
many great secrets that will now be revealed to you. What we are attempting to accomplish is the expansion of your consciousness
to better avail you to new information, concepts and ideas that today so many of you limit yourself to being beyond the veil
of possibility. There is really no limit to what is possible, and there has been virtually no limit to what is possible here
in your world for many eons of time.
What has been going on here is a masquerade. A charade where
the wool has been pulled over the eyes of the unsuspecting and the naïvely trusting, to blanket you in a reality that is based
on antiquated vision and scope for your systems, your processes, your architecture, your sciences, your communications, your
transportation, your health, your diets and exercise, your literature, film, music, arts, the games that you play to entertain
yourselves and to stay in shape and as youthful as you can be. What is in reality possible for you is so far beyond what you
have come to know as the boundaries of your possibilities that the introduction of these concepts to you will be very striking
and unsettling for many of your world.
Uprooting a being’s reality is not a gentle and unsettling
process. We, the Galactic Federation of Light, aim to achieve the end result of offering advancements to the worlds that we
visit, but offer these gifts slowly and carefully when introducing and infusing them into the collective consciousness of
a society. At this period in your history, we wish to introduce many gifts to you, but we must be as gentle and as subtle
as we can in their presentation as to not rock the boat of the reality of many of you who have not yet demonstrated their
talent for receiving and assimilating new ideas very well.
We monitor your society, but we do not in any way monitor
the thoughts of any of you who have not first given us your full permission and consent for participation in our many studies.
We wish to be clear about this, as we honor and respect the privacy of each and every one of you no matter your position in
life, even if you are members of our organization when you are not incognito, walking within the body of a human being. We
will only monitor your thought patterns and reactions to our stimuli and the stimuli you may or may not receive through other
catalysts outside our motivating actions. We do monitor certain processes of those of you who have met with us and have agreed
to assist us in our ongoing evaluation of the human consciousness levels, their expansion, and improvements in the processing
of your mental functions and capabilities.
We ask for more volunteers at this time to help us understand
better the human being at this time of such importance and great change. We wish to move ahead on our schedule and begin to
implement some new concepts and systems into your world. We are hesitant to do this, as we wish to make certain that there
is a strong enough foundation of those of your world who can accept these new concepts and fully integrate them into your
minds and into your way of life and help us further integrate these systems into the way of life of others around you who
may at first be unable to accept these new ideas that we offer as gifts. Will you do this for us? Will you allow us to gently
read your thought patterns as we integrate new ideas into your collective consciousness?
What we do precisely is monitor the thought waves that emanate
from your mental, emotional and physical systems located in your bodies and your temporal area of your brain. We read the
output of this information as a chart or a graph that gives us a clear indication of how readily or unreadily you are accepting
these new ideas, concepts and information that his is being seeded into your collective consciousness through our work with
channels and even other means that we seed information into your world. If you agree to participate in our program we will
be very appreciative, and we will reciprocate by offering sooner to your people better ways to do certain things and to get
certain jobs done faster and more efficiently than when we will be able to without the participation of an adequate number
of you in order to receive enough data to make qualified decisions based on this data.
This is what we ask of you at this time. Please do not feel
any pressure to agree to participate, as we are confident will we will receive responses from sufficient numbers of you to
collect the data we feel will lead to the findings we seek. If you do not feel comfortable with this process it is very understandable
to us, and we would not look at this in any way negatively towards any of you. This process is a relatively small area of
our overall operation, but nonetheless, we feel important enough to initiate this program. We will be beginning the initial
phases of this program immediately and if you wish to participate simply say, “I wish to participate in the program
where my thought patterns are read by qualified scientists and researchers of the Galactic Federation of Light.” This
is all it will take, and we can get started immediately.
The means in which we collect this data from your thought
processes is unobtrusive, and will not harm you in any way, shape or form. You are in very safe and capable hands when you
are working with us, and your health and well-being is of paramount importance to all of us throughout every area of our organization
and operations. We thank those of you willing to participate in our program, and we look forward to receiving this data from
you and implementing the new systems that are the goal of this program.
