There are many reasons why you are in existence as a light or energy soul within a physical solid and sensitive body. The physical plane in which you are anchored into allows for such a wealth of learning and self discovery. It allows for you to be separated from everything around you viewing everything as a diverse and unique energy and influence in your reality. You are of course completely at one with your surroundings and the energies of the Creator but the conditions of your physical body make separation seem your reality and unity seem an illusion. Your physical body is a tool to aid your understanding of energy, thoughts, emotions and the affects of your actions. It can assist you in understanding your strengths and power as well as where focus and concentration must be placed. The body allows for an experience of duality and encourages the individual to care for their body, therefore teaching the individual to care for themselves. To care for yourself is in truth to follow your spiritual path and to achieve self discovery. To discovery your true self is to understand your needs as a physical and spiritual being, realising that these are not the same as the needs of your personality or ego. To care for yourself is to bring yourself into a natural balance, to exist in perfect health in mind, body and soul. It is important to see your physical body as a valuable aspect of your spiritual path while understanding that to increase your spiritual awareness is in fact an essential aspect of caring for your entire being and manifesting perfect and complete natural health and wellbeing.

With the realisation of the wonderful lessons that the body offers, light workers on the Earth are encouraged to be more fully aware of their energy within their physical body and the energy of the physical body itself. After all the physical body has a wise energy of guidance which if discovered and accessed can bring great enlightenment and illumination.

I encourage you to touch something and to observe your reaction allows you to understanding yourself, your conditioning and your truth more fully. Allow yourself to try this now, sit peacefully and focus on your breathing gaining a deeper stillness within you. Ask for your senses and awareness of yourself to be enhanced by your soul or guides, then allow yourself with focus and observation to reach out and touch something that is around you. Observe the sensation on the skin of your finger tips, the effect that the sensations has on your emotions, mood and mind. Does it trigger memories or does it have an impact on your being? You may not be aware of anything at first, so try touching something different being aware of yourself at all times, even the extension of your arm as your fingers reach to touch an object. I would like for you to experiment with this, practice it for a few minutes simply being aware of yourself or alert to your energy and reactions. This is a wonderful practice that almost allows you to observe yourself and to act in slow motion.

Now I ask that you walk slowly around your home, your room or even in nature, being aware of yourself and your surroundings, observing the feelings in your body as you walk, seeing the reactions of your emotions and mood as you view the colours and objects that surround you. It is almost as if you are contemplating your being and surroundings simultaneously, you are also observing your own reactions to your surroundings. There are many purposes to this practice not only does it make you aware of what is having a positive or negative effect on your energy from your reality, it also allows you to understand the feelings and thoughts that you create, when you know and understand them fully you are then able to alter and master yourself with greater ease. It is a form of meditation and healing for yourself. Most people run through their realities on the Earth, their senses may be open but they either ignore their feelings, thoughts and intuition or they have not yet learnt to utilise them to aid their understanding of themselves. Some are fearful that they are already being bombarded with energy and to awaken to their senses would be too overwhelming but when you understanding yourself on numerous levels of your being and are aware of the energies around you it is easier for you to take control, protecting yourself or releasing unneeded energies. You are then able to bring forth greater wellbeing, joy, health and spiritual advancement because you understand what your entire being needs to remain balanced, in harmony and attuned to the Creator, realising that you do not have to invite certain energies into your reality whether they come from outside influences, your mind or emotions.

Imagine if you were able to walk through a single day with the awareness that you have as you touch something or move around a room with intention and observation. You would discover so much about yourself, even people and experiences that you attract which are lowering your vibrations and how certain things bring you more joy than your realised. You would even understand how your mind hinders or helps you throughout your day and how active or inactive your emotions are. Walking through one single day with intention and inspection of yourself would be the equivalent of discovering the world because the wealth of knowledge that you would gain would be immense. Following this you would be able to make numerous changes to your reality, actions, thoughts and feelings to aid your further happiness and wellbeing. Sometimes a realisation may occur that the things we eat or do are actually harmful to us, we may wonder why we hadn't realised this before but it is because we hadn't taken the time to listen to our body or intuition.

You are more than welcome to try achieving your daily routine with a sense of awareness and observation; I encourage you to have the intention to do so. You do not have to exist in slow motion but simply hold the intention in your mind of being observant of yourself and surroundings especially your reactions. The most important key to mention here is to not allow yourself to enter into a judgemental perspective as this will only cause suffering, a loving observant perspective is much more valuable.

Allow yourself to discover your truth, Creator presence and to improve your wellbeing by allowing yourself to be alert to your senses, thoughts and feelings as you embark on your reality on the Earth. You will discover so much about yourself if you allow yourself to. Be loving to yourself at all times and ask your guides or me, Archangel Michael, to assist you in increasing your awareness and activating your senses appropriately so that you may become aware of the energy within and around you, taking a new and wonderful step towards unity with the Creator. Discovering yourself as the Creator by discovering all illusions and embracing all truths.

Matters are really heading for a showdown, and once the power is removed from the Illuminati the changes will start quite quickly. They are being confronted by the forces of Light whatever way they turn, and we take much care in monitoring their reactions as they become irrational and panic. They fight a lost cause and aware now of the ultimate collapse of their empire. There is no hiding place as we track all of their movements, and as we have informed you previously are present at their conclaves. As our authority has been extended beyond our original remit, we now take more direct action to stop the black operations aimed at you or other countries. We echo your sentiments that “enough is enough” and it is now the turn of the Light to direct the path of the people on Earth. Such a lot of work has already gone into paving the way to the final years of this cycle, to ensure it is a smooth and successful journey. You of course have played a major part in achieving such an accomplishment, and you have helped create the grid of Light that now encircles the Earth.

True democracy is replacing the political vacuum that has failed to respond to the needs of the people. Evidence of this is shown by the recent events in Burma, where Aung San Suu Kyi has never wavered from her belief in democratic changes that will release the people from the military stranglehold. Like President Obama, she is a soul of immense Light under great stress from the dark Ones, but is giving her services without thought for self. Be assured the Light and its supporters will be victorious, and the dark Ones will be defeated not by force or military power, but by the power of Love and Light. It may sound unlikely when you look back at history but you are now in a totally different era, when outside forces with the backing of the Brotherhood of Light are directing the outcome of activities on Earth. Mother Earth also plays a part and is desirous of working with us as her own cleansing takes place.

So Dear Ones whatever happens that is not in accord with the Ascension process have no fears, as it will not affect the outcome one iota. As you sometimes learn, many countries now are going through self-analysis as they realize the old paradigm no longer works. Those who wish to keep the status quo are fast becoming a minority and their influence will not interfere with the program of changes about to commence. The Galactic Federation represents the civilizations that have outgrown war and the use of force, and seek to bring total peace to the Universe. We are therefore very much involved with your Ascension, and ready to welcome you as fellow travelers who have moved into the Light. Hitherto our activities were much more limited, although we have guided you on your path of evolution. With the gift of freewill you have determined the manner in which you have reached this point in time, and from hereon we are authorized to give you every help. In fact it is now our duty to ensure the cycle is successfully completed, so that the whole Universe can ascend.

We know that many of you are feeling very excited at developments, and are sensitive to the changes occurring in your midst. It will eventually touch more and more people as their vibrations are lifted up, and what a great energy it is sending out that will speed up the changes. The Wake Up call has caused people to look at the purpose of life, and their beliefs in that connection. The information being given about your future is a strong challenge to those who have not previously contemplated our involvement in your evolution. We would therefore remind you that we are your future selves, and also your family from the stars. We are all connected, as One in the consciousness of the Creator. In essence we are no different to you, as we all come from the Source of All That Is. We too are Spiritual Beings who at this time simply exist in a higher dimension, because we resonate with that particular vibration. You will soon join us, as it is your destiny to ascend with the ending of this cycle.

You are now wise enough to ignore the futile explanations given to account for our ships visiting Earth. The wool can no longer be pulled over your eyes and your grasp of Cosmic matters is quite outstanding, which is preparing the way for your elevation as Cosmic Beings. For those who find the advancements too quick there will be adequate guidance given in due course. We try not to overpower you with too much information, but at the same time you are on the verge of a great event that will end in your Ascension. As your consciousness expands you will inevitably find yourself better able to understand what is being given to you. There are in fact beautiful souls in all walks of life, yet they do not necessarily have the same consciousness levels of those who have already awakened. They are by no means excluded from the process of Ascension, and will easily accept whatever is necessary to change their direction. That is possible because they already have the basis for a greater expansion of their consciousness.

We are coming more and more into your lives and by design, and it is not accidental because we are to go forward together. Once we can openly engage with you we see a great bonding taking place, and it will help us all to get through the final phases of the cleansing. No one has pretended it will be easy, and all along we have tried to present you with the facts in an acceptable manner. The last thing we want to do is to create fear, and we have gone to considerable lengths to explain that we are limiting the effects of any changes. However, Mother Earth must achieve her own Ascension, but remember that she carries you with her in the most unique process to involve physical Beings.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and wish we could give precise information as to the timing of events near to materializing. Firstly there is much flexibility involved, and the right time may not be apparent until late in the day. The only certainty is the final date decreed by which everything must start, and we do not propose to give that out for obvious reasons. We have not come this far to allow any last intrusions by what remains of the dark Ones power. We will however tell you that you will not have too long to wait, and we believe that you are intuitively aware of how near it is, so hold fast to your belief in the wonderful future that lies ahead.

Conversations with God tells us that we are three-part beings, made up of Body, Mind, and Soul. Last week in this space we began to explore together the pathway to the Soul. I am motivated to embark on this exploration with you because I get many questions about the Soul, and how to “get there.” If you missed last week’s opening installment in this series, I hope you will go back and read it.

We began last week by asserting that the way to the Soul is the way out of the Mind. What we need now is what philosopher/author Alan Sasha Lithman calls "a mutation of consciousness." We need to get out of our Mind and into our Soul, so that we may see what we are looking at for what it is, rather than what we have imagined it to be. We must look at life through what Ron and Mary Helnick, in their book Loyalty to Your Soul, call "Soul-Centered Eyes." We must change everything about the way we hold, approach, and live our lives. And we must do this before everything changes us.

The difficulty with such explorations is that all that can be found outside the realm of the Mind is Direct Experience---and Direct Experience is not confirmable, because it is not yet shareable. And we live in a culture which largely asserts that "that which cannot be shared cannot be real." So we find a way to share that which cannot be shared, in order to make it "real."

If the experience is not shared by others, then it must not be real, our species has decided---and we have embraced this notion as absolute truth. All true experience must be independently verifiable. That is the measuring stick we have chosen to use. If an experience is not independently verifiable, it is assumed to be simply the imagination of the experiencer. Or, worse yet, the lunatic ravings of a mad man.

The question now before humanity is, are we willing to go to the next step? Are we willing to embrace as being at least possible some of the notions and ideas and messages of A New Theology that cannot be verified by mutual or similar experience? Are you, individually, willing to shift your "ground of being" (that is, your whole way of being in the world, your whole way of moving through life) from a Mind-based platform to a Soul-based lift-off point? Are you ready to start at a different point in your consideration of things, in your look at Life?

If you do this, you will have changed everything. You will have changed your Being, which will open you to a new place of Consciousness, which will raise your level of Awareness, which will drastically alter your Perspective, which will dramatically shift your Perception, which will monumentally realign your Beliefs, which will produce brand spanking new Behaviors---which will result in an entirely different Experience.

Beloved one, reach out and touch. Each and every one of you wants to be touched. You want to be held. You want to have the nurturing that was there in the beginning. Why is it that the small Child within you calls out? It is to be held once again and nurtured as you were as the infant; to be held and to be loved. And it is okay to want that. It is okay even to speak the words to ask of another one, “Please hold me. Please touch me. Please be with me.”

You cannot see the road not taken. You cannot follow its course. And you may well not see clearly the road taken. You may moan, “Oh, why did that happen?” Or, “Why did I let that happen? Why didn’t I say something? Why did I sweep it under the carpet?” Or, “Why didn’t I sweep it under the carpet?” You may even groan, “Oh, why was I born to such travail?”

There are many roads not taken. They are many roads taken. How can you be so certain that you made a mistake in what you see as a mistake? If you could see the whole divine picture, you would draw other conclusions. You might say, “What a wonderful thing that I did that which I thought was in error. Now I see the good it brought. Now I see what it saved me from. Now I see that where I thought I was mistaken, I was right. I made the right choice even though it seemed like a wrong choice.”

Beloveds, there are many right choices. I will tell you something. You are in a good place now, and all your choices led you right here. And if you had made other choices in your haphazard way, you would also be right here. Your choices are not the total determinant of where you are now. You are here now in this wonderful land of Heaven because I called you. When I call you, it doesn’t matter what you did when. What matters is that you are here now. There is nothing you need speculate about.

You may have wasted money, and yet that was not a mistake. You may have married and unmarried or stayed married, and it was not a mistake. It was a choice you chose. No matter how awkward, no matter what, it was your choice to make, and it was right at that moment. Life may have proven that to you, or it may not have. It doesn’t matter. You see only a spot of what your life is about. One spot does not show you the whole arena.

Even if you lost the ball game, you gained. You cannot lose, beloveds. Come from the angle that you made right choices and that your choices served you and will serve you yet. You have a choice to make now, and I am telling you what choice to make. You have the choice to regret and Monday-morning-quarterback all you want. You have that choice. I am suggesting, however, that you applaud yourself for all the choices you have made. You might as well. Once made, you cannot unchoose your choices. Never would I want you to spend the life I gave you in regret. That would indeed be a foolish choice. You can make a choice to regret and regret again half or all your choices. You can make a choice to move ahead and leave all regrets behind you. Regrets don’t serve you. Regrets hamper you. They make you sluggish and regretful.
