Uriel's Message -- The You Within is the You Without
The physical presence you embody was planned according
to your soul's healing path for this lifetime. Every detail, from the sub-atomic to the most specific details of your physical
appearance represents your soul agreement for healing in this lifetime. Each step of your path was also planned, including
knowledge of the many different potentials a lifetime, from the choice to embody no learning to achieving the highest levels
of mastery and beyond, were also included in this plan. This is the you within, which becomes the reality you know as the
'you' in the material world.
In every moment you are accessing every detail of this life
plan to create your reality. There are no possibilities that have not been planned for, there are no situations, relationships
or encounters that do not have a specific connection to your soul's plan for healing, learning, transformation and ascension.
The many different paths available to you all represent an aspect of living that you can embrace or reject and all are perfect.
What you know as your reality is a shifting paradigm, representing
your choice of which of the 'you within' potentials you have selected. When fear is present in your emotional body, you choose
those aspects which reflect and respond to your fear. When powerlessness is present, which is a result of your fears, you
choose the aspects which do not empower your life and living. But when our divinity is chosen, the path becomes a limitless
flow of abundance that resonates at the highest levels of your energetic being.
As you consider your next steps, remember that the answer
lies in the 'you within'. Which of its aspects do you want to embody? There are many choices available and all are supported
energetically. How powerful do you want to be? How much joy can you embody? Do you want to live 'in love'? Choose those things
and the corresponding 'you without' will reflect those results. Be mindful that your outer reality cannot be greater than
the 'you within' and all you need to create the powerful, joyful, abundant and fulfilling life you desire has been created
within the potential embodied in your highest energetic vibrations. And all are available to you when you choose from within
to create your life.

Our craft are seen in your skies so frequently now, that Disclosure
is hardly necessary where proof of our existence is required. The days of covering up our presence are pointless, and when
some of your astronauts are prepared to acknowledge it we wonder what more the sceptics want as proof. However, that does
not really cause us any concern, as those in doubt must find their own truth. But you may nevertheless wonder why your authorities
still stick their heads in the sand. It is Dear Ones, the prospect of having to answer for all of the lies that have been
told, and their ultimate admission that they have their own Space Craft for many years. Furthermore, they do not want you
to know that they have not only had contact with the Grays but have worked with them for almost 80 years, a long time of deception whilst allowing "abductions" and cattle mutilations. The "truth" does
not stand very well on their shoulders, and there is also a little matter of bases on the Moon and Mars.
For the dark Ones the truth opens Pandora's box, and not least
of all shows where trillions of dollars of your money have been spent on black operations. We could go further, but suffice
to say that there will be no hiding place for those who are the guilty of the biggest criminal acts ever perpetrated against
their own people. They have so much to answer for that what we have told you is just the tip of the iceberg. We know you will
question how it could happen under your very noses with you having little or no knowledge about it. The answer is that the
Illuminati have wielded great power and influence, and they have worked towards this time for thousands of years. In spite
of all that their days are numbered, and they will reflect on the fact that they have failed at the last hurdle. Your next
question will be "why were they not stopped" and that is because it is not anyone else's place to interfere with the evolution
of another species. Yes, we have been allowed to guide you and advance your understanding, but the final choice has been yours
as the creators of your own evolution.
Coming up to date, you are experiencing the result of your
own desires and intentions where you have given away your authority to others. It is your creation and why you will see it
through to the end. As ever, the only exception is where the Higher Beings who oversee it, act for the Creator and allow intervention.
Since the dark Ones should have conceded their power over you some time ago, it has now reached a point where it will be taken away from them. Even the dark Ones have
to obey some rules and cannot run riot as they wish. The over-riding factor in this cycle has been the Creator's decree that it will be completed with Ascension.
Therefore, it has been supported by the Galactic Federation and other bodies of Light, with the promise that it would be concluded
as intended. There was not going to be a repeat of the last catastrophe when the Atlanteans destroyed Atlantis some 10,000
years ago.
Your history is another area that
requires much correction, as again it bears little resemblance to the truth. Each country has written it according
to how they would like it to be remembered. Naturally, they write their annals about the glory of war, and hide their atrocities
and crimes against conquered people. Greed and power have accompanied most campaigns, and wars have been deliberately started
for that purpose. The whole scenario is one that reflects the actions of those who have lost touch with their godself. That
was not unexpected, as once you dropped down into the lower vibrations you forgot who you really were. To err is not considered
as much a sin as failing to learn from them.
To ensure that you did not remain trapped in the 3rd. dimension,
a plan was conceived that would see a gradual influx of souls that could still rise above such a low vibration. The result
has been that for over a hundred years the
Light has been re-established on Earth. Now you have powerful grids that encircle it from which you can draw the Light to
yourselves. We are pleased to say that having helped supply the impetus for growth over thousands of years, it is gratifying
for us to at last see such wonderful results. It means that regardless of what you see in the outer world, everything is going
according to plan.Ascension is assured, and before very long the positive proof will be before
you. Dramatic times lay ahead, but all point towards the end of the cycle and your opportunity to leave duality in its present
form. Wherever you progress to, you will still carry the responsibility for your actions. However, in the higher vibrations
of the dimensions you are moving into, you have a level of consciousness that does not carry dark thoughts or allow such actions.
You have all come to Earth to increase
your spiritual understanding, and overcome the challenge of the lower vibrations by returning to the Light. If you
look at your experiences as all being of value, and remember that you came from the higher dimensions to do so, you cannot
and should not really view yourself as a failure. However, if a soul has been overcome by the lower energies, it is necessary
to climb your way back to the higher ones before you can fully return to the Light. Since you have all infinity in which to
do so, there is no great cause for concern as you will be helped all of the way back. God is All Love and has never deserted or condemned a single
soul, but instead surrounded them in the Love and Light that will lift them up.
You will find that as the souls of Light put themselves in
places of authority, the dark Ones will try to block them, but to no avail. This is the time that the changes must commence, and disinformation is already circulating. You should
however by now be sufficiently discerning to be able to seek out the truth. If it does not bear the feel of truthfulness then
you may conclude that it is false. As always trust your
intuition, and if in doubt set it aside until you know one way or the other. You are not easily fooled but sometimes
prone to re-act differently to fear laden predictions. We are here to ensure that your passage is as trouble free as possible.
There will be casualties, but with Mother Earth needing to proceed with her own cleansing that is unavoidable.

Beloved friends, time has a habit of coming round and smacking
you on the back of your head, for you maybe mentally dissertate and emotionally 'freak out' as you begin to reach a point
in your incarnation, your current lifetime, when you begin to realise that perhaps, just perchance, you're taking life far
too seriously! It becomes quite apparent that all experience you have been having over these past millennia of linear time
have you become ever over engrossed in your progression toward that goal of ascending reality. There becomes a time when you
surely realise that you're really trying too darned hard to be the beautiful being that you already are, on one level anyway!
So, allowing and self accepting that on that one level you already are that immaculate concept that you are striving so to
be, would it not be far easier, possibly, to simply sit down, going quietly within, to seek for that gemstone or crystal that
you for surely encapsulate within!
Going within is of course a
science in it's own light and right, and this is also something that might have been over exercised with too much 'intensity'
which is just the opposite to what is required to seek and find the true magic that is there in each and every ones heart
and soul. There have been countless opportunities over these last few decades or so to afford you all with ample and progressively
useful trials, tests, and yes tribulations of late, that have enabled and enlightened you to open up each divine sanctuary
that lay hidden within those mighty hearts and purest of souls that bless one and all. Leave the tenseness to fall away with
ease and grace and in its place encourage the peace and calm to enter in. Many an occasion has and will present itself to
you as the continuing winds of change seek ever further leagues of reclaiming any lost ground that has a use in these forward
seeking climes as all that is in the 'new' energy, so to speak, rises to the fore likened to the phoenix gracefully rising,
thus leaving behind all that is of the 'old' energy, which is dead, obsolete!
We are of course in need of ever going within, not with forceful
trepidation, but with quiet or gentle directive, where peace and calmness invite peace and attainment from that still small
voice that is us in harmonic rapport. There is no love like the love of God, and as we seek that essence of God then shall
our paths be governed and guided by "His masters voice," that speaks from ever within! Be still and know that I Am God, or
be God and know that I Am still! We have sought for ages those radiant Christed beings to come inspire and 'rescue' us; but
look no further beloved friends for you are the ones that you have been waiting for! You are the ones that have toiled and
traveled, you are the ones whom were chosen to be the vanguard in these ascension times, you are indeed the ones whose Christed
feet leave clouds of stardust as each step you walk on planet earth is abundant with crystal magic and sends light and love
dancing around the world...with each step you take....keep striding forth beloved masters and know that you are more than
equal to the task that is before you!
There is always time to pause and reflect, there is ever and
always the opportunity to stop and smell the roses, there is ever and always an outstretched hand of an unseen angel or fellow
traveler that en-graces you with their presence as you might gently whisper, 'take my hand dear one, lest I fail to see the
clearest path!' Be assured beloved friend that your voice is heard long before you utter forth the spoken word; be assured
beloved friends that every thought you send forth with love and ever goodly intent is multiplied one thousand fold times a
thousand fold, as the pure essence of that godly energy is magically alchemized and with precious enhancement touches many
a soul, igniting many an inner flame, blessing many a soul that searches for his/her path. Be sure with your thoughts beloved
friends for they do carry the weight of perhaps a golden abundance within them, which in turn might bless any unseen fellow
traveler whose prayers might well be answered by the love and the light that you sincerely energize and emit. Be still and
know that I Am God!
Ascension comes and ascension goes, for the forces of love
and the forces of light, do travel incessantly onward from 'darkest of day to the brightest of light.' Resplendent are the
photon energies that ensure the requisite sacred geometries to en-grace the heaven-world, likened to a finely tuned alchemist
lubricating/ensuring a balance with the Universal Scales. All action and reaction within the heavenly bodies are in need of
perfect and precise tuning ensuring that all moving parts of the incredible whole are in synchronisation and perfection. There
becomes a time and a place when all things merge into the oneness of being and it is at this point of universal and also omniversal
balance and growth that the sheer bliss and perfection aligns all things towards an Ultimate State of Being. This is the eventuality
of an ever expanding expression that answers to, and aligns with, an Almighty In-breath of a pure harmonic and immaculate
convergence!
Beloved Mother Earth is mirroring all that has been co-created
and is preparing herself for any minor adjustment that she might have need of attending to. The rate of progression for the
Light Quotient held by a royal army of light workers /star seed /avatars/ way showers and masters on the planet is still in
excess of that which was 'pre-ordained' as requisite at this now juncture. There is nought but praise and admiration for and
on behalf of you so lighted beings who still stand ever tall, holding firm the steering wheel of wonderful Terra as she rides
the waves and takes on little water as she forges ahead in majesty and miraculous momentum. 'I' speak on behalf of a vast
continuum of 'progressive beings of greater light' whose sheer delight is observing you all as you attend to and aspire in
the workload that is your mission in these now times, and 'I' am humbled indeed by your prowess and strength. I perceive all
with light filled eyes that at times rain forth tears of pure joy and admiration as your footprints leave such en-lighten-ment
and support for all walks and species of life upon and within the beloved planet. Lady Gaia blesses and is blessed indeed,
for so it is.
'I' would suggest to you to daily orate; quietly or as an
affirmation, this simplistic altruism... "As I now see and recognise all the masters in all walks and in all stages of life,
and in all their many accomplishments and dispensations upon the beloved planet, at this now time, then I know and truly realise

Greetings and blessings. We are a collective consciousness
of Guardians of the Golden Ray sharing wisdom and perspectives on the very unique time phase you are experiencing. We offer
our unique perspective on the Cosmic relationship to your Personal Ascension and your unique Role in the Shifting of Ages.
Our energetic translator is one of us, choosing to serve her role from within the bodysuit at these magical cycles of time
on your planet.
Let us begin with this sharing session.
You have volunteered to be part of the ground crew in ushering
in the dawning of what we term the Platinum Age. Given its uniqueness relative to other Golden Ages and the unprecedented
nature by which it is occurring, it seems fitting of a unique name. You are utilizing these cycles and shifts to carry out
an unprecedented growth phase; an evolution of humanity and of Earth which strongly effects the vibrational rate of not only
your solar system but each of your Soul’s “homes” within the Cosmos and All that Is. Many representatives
from throughout the Cosmos are among you in embodied form at this time. We see many Specialists and tremendous Mastery when
we view you and it is our honor to share our insights with you, assisting in your re-Member-ing.
Simultaneously, you are escorting out this passing Dark Age.
The awakening, clearing and transformation necessary in order to sufficiently affect this Grand Shift is profound and, as
more and more of you are demonstrating, very “real” and very possible. We applaud your achievements in this important
area while recognizing the work continues. You are clearing the records, beginning with your own elected programs and we will
share more helpful details on this herein and in other sharing to further your progress.
We feel a sense of urgency to share with all ears that can
hear the importance of the overall opportunity you have elected to participate in. We remind you that this Grand Shift is
not being done to you or for you but rather by You. That was and is your voluntary role. Your Soul’s Mastery offered
you the unique embodied state you now experience. A Golden Ticket, not for your observation but rather for your direct participation;
your Co-Creation of this Platinum Age you are in the midst of Creating.
These transitions require much courage, compassion and perseverance.
At your Soul level, you have access, in this present moment, to absolutely everything that is necessary for you to Be all
that you dream of in this human experience. Anything you view as an obstacle or hindrance, either internal or external is
a perception; a program, that you placed there and are fully capable of facing and releasing.
You are facilitating the clearing/healing of not only the
collective human record but also the collective planetary record. Notice we used the term Collective. This goes well beyond
your Soul’s own kharma. The collective human record and the collective planetary record is filled with much lower frequency
programs, pains and wounds that are being experienced, and perhaps defining, your personal journeys. They defined the Dark
Age. They remain in your personal reality, affecting your level of joy and well-being and lovability until you elect to face
and release them.
This can be done and is being done by Master level Souls.
By Specialists. By You. Your ability to step into your Mastery, allowing your Soul’s Divine Core energy to be experienced
and amplified within your embodied state greatly expedites this process. By discovering the Master Within, you can more readily
notice what doesn’t suit your Gloriousness, your Sovereignty and your birthrights of inner joy, Universal love, and
self-created peace. Once you begin to expand your consciousness into these highly effective and empowering energetic vibrations
you more easily see the remnant programs that had owned, defined and locked you into the separation and confinement of the
passing Dark Age.
This multidimensional approach to overall Ascension is by
design, with Your masterful assistance. It is ideally-suited to your embracing this New Age and to your releasing any and
all attachments to these programs. Your responsibility, your volunteering is very much related to these two avenues being
pursued from within your carefully crafted journey. By You. For You. Which simultaneously affects All that Is.
We wish to share a very brief overview of this highly effective
clearing process made available by what we call the New Energies. It is your personal attachment to various forms of the collective
record that allows each of you to face them and release them. You release them by no longer identifying Who you are, What
you are and what you can Be to this painful or limiting experience or feeling.
By no longer personalizing them nor choosing to identify your
Self with these lower frequency feelings and programs, You release them. It can be and Is that simple and it is highly effective.
This approach also allows a quite rapid expansion process, particularly when coincided with a simultaneous Discovering, Activating
and Allowing larger levels of your Inner Light, and Inner Mastery to be present in your Be-ing, Reflected in as many areas
of your human experience as you are capable of.
This approach is being personally demonstrated through some
embodied beings on your planet. We feel you will make your process your own as Masters often do (smile). We encourage you
to follow your Inner Guidance, not replacing your programs from the Dark Age with any new programs that may also serve to
limit or constrain your Inner Light from being fully accessed, quite readily, in any way. When looking for currently embodied
examples, we share that a be-ing’s level of inner joy is an indication of their embodied vibration. The higher vibrations
we are discussing radiate as joy and love almost through the skin, like a self-illumination. You have examples of this in
your recorded history of Ascended Masters. It is a very real and tangible effect of embodying higher light quotients and it
happens quite naturally through the process we highlighted briefly herein.
You are capable of choosing love and trust that All is Well
All the Time, even in situations that are uncertain, covert, seemingly conspiracy-based, “uncontrollable” and
perhaps even “life”-threatening. Any resistance you are feeling at this moment to that state of be-ing is a marker
for further healing and releasing (including fear of what you call “death” which we address in detail in other
messages).
We encourage you to focus your energies on further discovering
your Inner Light, amplifying It and Be-ing it in its purest form that you are capable of in all moments, in all circumstances
with as few exceptions as possible. Be your Light by re-examining who and what you are at your Core, which is whole, perfect,
fully in tact, knowing, filled with well be-ing, allowing love, peace and harmony to emanate from this Divine Core, your Soul.
The New energetic frequencies allow you improved and easier access to these vibrations than ever before.
From our perspective all the programs and resulting pains
and wounds are not magically resolved due to or on any one date or even any one year. The shifting of ages is a process, not
an event. As we have shared, Ascension is a very personal process. Some Be-ings are going faster than others in clearing their
programs and in accessing more and more of their inner God frequencies while others are farther along but going at a slower
pace according to your linear time. We recommend patience with your Self as well as the masses, choosing to Trust that each
Be-ing is doing the best they can with their present state of consciousness. This will assist greatly in staying out of judgment
and from feeling like a hall monitor for the overall progression into the Platinum Age.
By further discovering and amplifying your own Light and further
releasing your own programs, pains and wounds you are serving yourself as well as All that Is. All you can release is your
own chosen programs. All you can amplify is your own Inner Light. This may seem small but in the contrary; it is powerful
and hugely uplifting to the collective vibration of the human race, your planet and the Cosmos.
You will witness an ever widening spectrum of experiences
on the Earth plane. Many are continuing to animate the lower frequency programs, unconscious of their Divine Within. Simultaneously,
at the other end of the spectrum many are embodying Light quotients difficult for most to perceive as possible in human form.
The realities experienced at either ends of spectrum or any shade in between could seem like living on different planets.
This is what many have interpreted as the splitting of worlds. From our perspective, it is a widening of choices, an expansion
of Free Wills being demonstrated, the spectrum widened by the cycles ensuing and the New Energies being offered to all and
embraced by few as of yet.
All have access to their Divine Within. All are being offered
support, guidance, and assistance from their Higher Selves and their spiritual support teams and free will offers many ways
of experiencing this Grand Shift.
This ever widening spectrum of realities, from a sense of
hell on Earth to the other spectrum of creating a personal heaven on Earth is something we envision continuing for what you
know as years and possibly decades. Another reason to further activate your inner sense of guidance and your inner sense of
well Be-ing.
What Can You or Should You Be “Doing”?
We share
many messages for assistance, reminders and insights relative to your own personal ascension process, utilizing the New Energies
and also fresh perspectives on the overall view of ascension to help you expand your consciousness, increase your light quotient
and further release lower frequency programs and pains from your journey.
We encourage you to seek out these messages as you feel led.
For the purposes of a more complete message herein, we share some brief highlights.

Become personally responsible for your own sense of well-being
to the best of your present ability.

Own and Be your Mastery, your God-frequencies, to the very
best of your ability.

exceed what you feel is possible while in human form on planet Earth, for your own enjoyment and the Collective’s.

Watch for the flows of the Universe as it Guides you. When
you are on purpose and in Divine timing, pursuits seem almost effortless, feeling like a red carpet being unfurled before
you, honoring and recognizing who you are Be-ing and how you are Be-ing Your Light.

Develop your inner Guidance System.

Utilize the New Energies being offered to you.

Notice the distractions, obstacles and barriers, stepping
fully into your Mastery and respond accordingly.

Create the reality you desire by expanding your consciousness
and training your thoughts and feelings to work in harmony with your heart-centered consciousness.

Release any personal attachments to the passing Dark Age and
experience the Platinum Age, starting with you, which is all that you are responsible for.

Avoid comparison to others by recognizing the very unique
experiences each of you chose to work with and the vary unique Soul experiences you bring “with you.”

Trust others enough to allow them the experience They are
creating. By viewing others as the Co-creator they are, at their Soul level, you offer energetic encouragement and support
for their Master vibrations. Your acknowledgment of the perhaps dormant Sovereignty that is within them is filled with potential
activations and light codes the other being may choose to accept, or not. It is their choice. Detaching from the outcomes
others are Creating for themselves may be a healthy approach, recognizing the energetic boundaries between the reality you
are choosing and the one they are choosing.

Refrain from Judgment (which is feeling or indicating that
another being is making the “wrong” choice or a “bad” decision). Discernment is rooted in love, honor
for self and honor for other. Discernment is noticing that You are not making that same choice for you. Discernment allows
you to notice the varying choices being made without the need to label another’s choice as good/bad, right/wrong. Deciding
something is not in your highest good is discernment. Determining something is not in another being’s highest good is
judgment and beyond the scope of your authority or responsibility relative to free will and personal Sovereignty be-ing offered
in your realms.
Of all of these, stepping into your mastery could be viewed
as the primary objective. For it can be the most challenging as you are just transitioning from the Dark Ages. Be-ing your
Sovereignty. Not in arrogance but in recognition of the unique aspect of God that only you can Be and that you volunteered
to embody during this magical transition of Ages.
In terms of outlook, your individual process determines how
long remnant Dark Age programs and energy grids are experienced in your personal energy field. Clearing these remnant programs
and lower frequency patterns is a process that could continue well into coming decades, perhaps existing only as debris by
that time phase or possibly remaining as looming obstacles and fear-based outcomes. Whether you choose the debris level or
the looming level is entirely dependent on your trust, courage and ability to Be your Mastery without distraction and without
hesitation, rooted in love for Self and love for All that Is, and remembering that All are Light at their Core, recognized
or not.
As humanity evolves into realms previously unchartered, what
you thought it would be like or what you were told it would be like might be quite different from what you Co-create. This

is never “done.” What fun would that be? We witness you resonating with this, stirring an excitement in your Divine
Core...activating your Master vibration(s). Your Creator frequency asking itself, “What’s next?” “What
can we Be?” “What can we try?” Precisely, and we witness your Creations, your experience, with reverence
and gratitude as you explore these ever increasing possibilities, allowing more and more expansion and growth for your Selves
and for All that Is.

About Jill
Jill is a spiritual teacher, channeler, healer, writer and

To Your Own Light Be True

God said:
Any tenseness you may have tells you that you are holding
on. You are holding on to something. There is something you think you must need. There is something that you fear that, if
you don't have it, you will be lacking. You are afraid that you won't amount to much unless you have it.
Whether it is money or a loved one that you feel dependent
upon, you are intact. You are whole. Come to believe in yourself. You are a Divine Being solidly in My heart. Can this not
be enough? At Thanksgiving time, you want all the trimmings with your turkey. I am telling you that We are complete. All else
that you have held onto are trimmings. You may even value the trimmings more than Truth.
Trimmings are not essential. They are nice, yet not essential.
There are two essentials. They are you and they are I. That's it. We are in it together for the long haul. We are the turkey
and not the trimmings. It is not incumbent upon you to have the trimmings. Trimmings are, after all, only trimmings. Enjoy
them when you have them, and enjoy just the same when you don't have them. Nothing outside you is the making of you. Outside
matters may bolster you. They make you feel good, nevertheless, they are not the making of you. Or they may make you feel
bad, and, still, they have nothing to do with you.
You don't need all the things you think you need. You do not
need them. You can have them, but you don't need them. You and I are the making of you. You don't need all supports you feel
you would be at a loss without.
Holding on is attachment. Attachments have to be let go of.
The physical object you cannot let go of, you can keep, only you have to let go of your hold on it. You don't need it. You
may depend on it, yet you don't need it. The same is true for people. Keep those dear to you at the same time as you let them
go. Your loved ones are free agents, and so are you. Freedom is better than attaching. When you attach, your heart will get
broken. What else would break your heart? Freedom does not. It is your attachment that you have to break, not your heart.
To be free, you must set others free. The more you release
others from your clasp, the freer you are. You are freed from your own clasp.
Either you have attachment, or you don't. Half attached is
still attached.
Attachment doesn't mean love. Holding on doesn't mean love.
When you let go of being attached, you can love more. When you are attached, you may call your attachment love, yet love is
not attachment. Attachment is not love. Attachment is a poor excuse for love.
So what is all this attachment to attachment you experience?
You must think it serves a purpose. What purpose can attachment serve but to separate you from yourself? When you attach to
another, you are forsaking yourself. You are holding on too tight to another. You have a strangle-hold on the one you presume
to love. When you attach, attachments will break. Better you break off the attachment now and find easy-going love to give
instead.
When you are attached, you become desperate. You become desperately
in love. You become dependent upon holding on when, what you must do, is let go and become unattached. You do not need to
ride on anyone's back. You are not a child who has to hold on to his mother's skirt or leg. When you are attached, you must let go so your loved ones can each be a free-wheeling
being in their own light and you a free-wheeling being in your own light.
