Today's Angel Message
============ My dear friends, we love you so very much.
Today we wish to speak to you on the subject of impatience. Dear ones we understand that it can be frustrating when you have done everything you know to do and you are waiting for God's plans to unfold in your life. Whether you have lost a job and are searching for a new one, learned to love yourself and are waiting for the relationship to arrive, or simply wanting life to change and not yet clear on how to get on with it, it is human nature for doubts, fears, and frustrations to creep in no matter how faithful you attempt to be. When these little demons of fear and doubt find
their way into your mind, simply give them a voice. Journal them, express them to a dear friend, and then get on with it.
For if you try to ignore the human voices within your own mind, they will just attempt to get louder. Everything in you, even
your fears, seeks expression. If you give them a voice in a healthy way, then in a sense, you can take charge of your own
reality once again. "Dear God I am frustrated and impatient. I can't wait for my dreams to come true. I don't believe today
that they ever will..." so on, and so forth. Then after you have vented a bit, ask yourself, "Do I really believe I would
create a life in which my dreams do not come true?" Of course, you wouldn't do that to yourselves dear friends! And so now,
you have the answer. Your dreams are coming, in perfect timing, in a perfect way, and your only job is to believe in them,
to believe you are worthy of them, and to act when you feel inspired to do so.
This is God's way of working in your life and
it does require tremendous faith and often patience. You can always achieve your dreams the way the world teaches you to do
so - through a lot of hard work - and that is fine too. However, if you are willing to be very faithful, often patient, and
to embrace the life in front of you now with gratitude, then God can work miracles for you. Impatience is, after all, just
another one of the many faces of fear. Impatience says, "Show me quickly now God that you are listening to me, so I do not
have to fear that you are not!" If you knew, dear ones, truly knew that your dreams would come true in due time, you would
simply enjoy the life in front of you now and look to the future with great joy and anticipation. If you can reach this state
of being then you can trust that you truly are creating and you can truly relax and enjoy the present moment.
Life happens now, and now, and now again dear
ones... Don't miss it while waiting for the future.

SaLuSa: Governmental Changes Are Approaching

With each message we draw nearer to the time
when the long awaited disclosure takes place. It will release information long hidden away, but more importantly it will allow
the whole subject of UFO’s and Extraterrestrials to be reviewed. There are many misconceptions about us, fuelled by
the continual disinformation that is purposefully released to confuse you. When the truth can be freely expressed and discussed,
our presence will not only be accepted but also welcomed. There is much waiting to be done to stem the intentions of the dark
Ones to prolong their time on Earth. However, day by day their power is ebbing away, and with our coming it shall be totally
curtailed. They have created their own future as has every other soul, and they cannot escape the result of their own actions.
The Laws of the Universe apply in all circumstances, whether an individual is aware of them or not. You do not therefore need
to concern yourselves regarding the application of justice, or fear that the Elite will escape responsibility for their misdeeds.
You are already beginning to take back your power,
and with it comes the confidence to take charge of your future. You have been dictated to for far too long, and kept from
claiming your divinity. It is inevitable and indeed intended that you should take back your sovereignty, and that will not
take very long to be achieved. The governmental changes are approaching, and with them many obstacles to you moving forward
will be removed. It will be a wonderful experience for you all to jump into the future, and your new found freedom will be
exhilarating and a joy you have not yet fully envisaged. All that you have gone through or are yet to experience before the
end time, will count for little against the prospect of returning to your higher level of consciousness. You will have been
released from the pull of the lower vibrations, and the Light and Love will be your home.
In your hearts you know that this cycle is all
but completed, and also that you are to be helped to move into a higher dimension as part of your return to your real home.
Your achievements are greatly admired by us, and we stand ready to welcome you back as equals. We are all brothers and sisters
together on a journey through the Creator’s Kingdom, and it promises experiences and pleasures beyond your present imagination.
It is also very rewarding to serve with the Brotherhood of Light, and help those souls whose journey has barely commenced.
What you will notice is how relaxed it all is, because time does not exist, as you know it. On Earth you are forever racing
the clock, and seem to have insufficient time to do all that you desire. You will never be in that position again, as you
will travel instantaneously or in little or no time. Distance is not measured as you do and everything is in the Now. It is
something you will quickly adapt to once you rise up, and settle into it quite easily.
If the changes all sound a lot to comprehend,
do not worry because as you progress each step of the way will be explained. The Galactic Federation is here to serve you,
and has done so for a very long time. Your place along with us is assured, and we eagerly await the opportunity to allow your
visits to our ships. For some of you they will seem familiar, as you have already met is in your out of the body experiences.
Memories of such events are usually kept in the background, so as not to distract you from your responsibilities upon Earth.
So we would say that you are not dreaming when you have vague memories of meeting us. There can also be links with us going
back eons of time, and one day you will understand your true selves and relationship with us. Let us simply say that we know
you better than you know yourselves.
Take whatever happens now in your stride, as
you are quite capable of going along with the changes knowing that all will work out well for Mankind. It is only where uncertainty
exists that you begin to worry about your future. Eventually the legacy of the dark forces will be removed, and you shall
see the changes come very quickly. They will be far reaching and bring a positive outlook amongst you, as it will be clear
that what remains will be all that is best for you. Where you experience loss it will be offset by your gains, and they will
be far more than you can dream of at present. The plan is to move you nearer to the conditions you will experience, when the
dimensional shift has taken place. It will therefore be a gradual introduction to the new way of life, one that gives complete
joy and happiness. It will also fulfill all of our earlier promises regarding your release from the Dark Ones.
We of the Galactic Federation are as you might
say, “biting at the bit” and most keen to get started in a way that you are co-workers with us. Now we have the
authority to go ahead and become more open in our assistance to you. Creating the right circumstances to enable the first
changes to take place has been difficult, because of the opposition to them. However, we can now use more forceful means to
remove it. Having said that there will of course be many people, who will take quite some time to accept the intrusion into
their lives. Man is always reluctant to accept changes until the real benefits can be understood. All that we come to do is
at the command of the Father/Mother God, and will result in the most acceptable changes that will lift you up.
The Sun is about to rise on a new day that
will change the course of your lives forever. Love and Light will be your daily bread and sustenance, and you will be given
the powers to create according to your wishes. By then you will have learnt that it comes with responsibility, and you will
use it sensibly and in a positive way. Can you imagine the potential that it gives you and perhaps more important, your freedom.
Having to work together in your more physical lives, has taught you much about tolerance and sharing. It has also taken you
through the challenge of finding a love for all life, which has like you originated from the Source of All That Is.

of your coming changes, and how you will be so delighted to put the past behind you. In its place will be all that you could
possibly desire, and the Golden Age will have truly arrived.

My dear friends...
We've been talking in this space the last three
weeks about one of the most important things in life: being friends.
Part 4-Being friends with your spouse, with your children, with those you dearly love, truly does begin with being friends with yourself. The process for others is the same as the process is for me. It is, as I said, a three-part process...Forgivene Once I had found a way to forgive myself (God
showed me the way by showing me the way that God forgives me), I then simply needed to move into a place of acceptance of
myself; of who I was and how I was.
This does not mean that I made an inner assessment
that it was impossible for me to change. "Acceptance" should not be confused with "resignation.
Prior to accepting who and how I am, I resisted
change mightily, because I firmly rejected the notion that I even needed to change. Like an alcoholic or a drug addict, I
refused to acknowledge that I "had a problem." There was nothing `wrong' with me, it was everybody else who had the problem.
So when others told me that I was routinely---

When others told me that I was....well, you get
the picture. This list goes on, I can assure you. The litany of my imperfections is long and varied. Yet I rejected them for
over a half century. And so, they kept showing up. For it is as CwG says: What you resist, persists.
It was only when I opened myself to the possibility
that it was highly unlikely that 30 different people over 30 different years in 30 different kinds of relationships in 30
different places and situations would come up with the same impressions of me did I see that maybe the problem wasn't "over
there," but maybe it was "over here," right in my own backyard.
Then the real work began, because then I had
to find a way to continue to love myself in the face of continuing and now incontrovertible evidence that I had some "stuff
going on" over here.
I remember once when someone said to me, in the
midst of one of my tirades: "You know, this is not the most attractive part of you." I never forgot that. It was said so cleanly,
so simply, without a whole lot of make-wrong or negative energy. It was just a clean, simple observation. And I got it.
Then I had to move into a place of Acceptance.
I had a long talk with myself---and with God. And God made it clear to me that I was okay---nay, that I was perfect---just
the way I was. Yet that did not mean that there was no room for change. If I wanted to change, if I chose to go to the next
level, if I desired to recreate myself anew in the next grandest version of the greatest vision ever I held about who I am,
I was invited by Life at every moment to do that.
But I was told that I could not change, could
never alter, what I could not accept. I can't let go of something I refuse to notice I am holding. So I was given the enormous
gift of self-acceptance. I was sarcastic too much of the time. I was demanding too much of the time. I was self-centered and
defensive and sensitive and much more. I was difficult to deal with and I could speak with an edge that could cut to the quick
and I was impatient with the slowness of others (at everything) and I...and I...and I...
Yup, I was all of these things. And when I finally
accepted it, I got out of denial once and for all. But the way out of denial was not by embracing these characteristics as
faults. It was by seeing them as my strengths, simply with volume turned up a bit too high now and then.
With the volume at a more comfortable level,
my sarcasm was my quick wit, for which people loved me; my demanding nature was my ability to inspire others to outperform,
for which people loved me; my self-centeredness was my self-awareness, for which people loved me; my defensiveness was my
strength of conviction, for which people loved me; my sensitivity was my openness to all of life at a hundred different levels
simultaneously, for which people loved me.
These were my gifts, not my faults, and my only
challenge was to rein in their considerable energy, so that I could match it with the energy of the Moment Presenting. Then
I would be in closer harmony with what was going on Right Here, Right Now, and people would see me as magnificent, not malevolent.
Wow! What a simple, transformative understanding!
Whew. It was over. My long struggle with me was over. On the day I "got" that God accepted me, on that day I could accept
me as well. I remember well the statement that opened me to this experience: If you saw you as God sees you, you would be
very proud, and you would smile a lot.

In the sacred site of Palenque Mexico, we can
see the light returning in a very powerful way. It is a sparkly, kind of weird, iridescent, almost see-through kind of light.
This is all very familiar to me as this was the same kind of energy I felt 20 years ago in this very site when the Star Elders
shared a prophecy, a vision of the future, with me. I had forgotten about this, because I have been waiting so long to see
this manifest. I had given up on the dream of this vision. But it is clear that Palenque is coming alive, being birthed into
a new world, and so are we. This is going to trigger things in us that are totally unexpected and new to us. We will not know
what comes next. I can sense other event and transformations coming, because I can feel them cooking, but I don't have anything
to share about them just yet. The energy is still too new. But something is shifting, and Palenque is definitely being elevated.
This new light has something to do with the earthquakes
which have been occurring across the Earth. This new light has accelerated activity in the ring of fire. The Haitian earthquake
was about letting go of global karma. Thank God for the brave ones there that took this on for the entire planet. By the time
the huge earthquake hit Chile, the Earth had emptied out a huge space for this new light to come in, and I could feel a tremendous
amount of light pouring in.
On March 20th (Equinox), while we were in Palenque,
we were sandwiched between two earthquakes . . . one of which we felt. One was to the north of us (Offshore Jalisco, Mexico
03/20/2010 at 21:33:04 - 4.7 magnitude), and the other was immediately south of us (Chiapas, Mexico 03/20/2010 at 21:55:50
- 5.3 magnitude). These earthquakes also released a huge amount of negative energy from the earth. This is what earthquakes
do. When the negative energy is released, it allows space for new light to fill this void.
After this event, many began to feel tightness
in the chest, because this new light is clearing out the bridge between our heads and our hearts. All this light coming in
is accelerating humanity, and is rocking our world for sure. It is activating our new hearts. This is one of many reasons
why travel to sacred sites, that carry a certain quality of heart, is so important. They offer us an inoculation of pure,
future frequencies that will help us adapt to the new world emerging. Palenque is one such site, and one reason why I come
back here over and over.
This is a time for humanity to have courage and
not be afraid. We are going to have to be clear headed and opened hearted for what is coming next. When we are fearful, we
lose our ability to hear our own truth. We know that we have lost our connection to our own truth when we have to call our
friends and ask "What's going on?" or "What should I do now?" In these unpredictable times, it is understandable that we might
need some help getting clear by calling trusted friends. This why we need each other so much right now, because we will have
these momentary lapses of time where we lose it for a little bit. We are human. But remember, we only ask for help, because
we doubt ourselves, and doubt is a form of fear. As soon as you allow fear to dominate you, you cannot heal yourself, you
cannot access your truth, and you are temporarily cut off from the light of spirit. We doubt ourselves, but we also know we
are full of light.
Our DNA holds memory in our bodies, and memory
is incredibly mechanistic. We are used to doing things certain ways. We have many unconscious habits which keep us in our
ruts. When we break out of that habit and do something different, the first thing we will feel is some form of fear. Our pulse
goes up, our senses are heightened, and we might get sweaty palms, etc…. This is simply human nature. As this new light
floods the planet, we are going to be encountering a lot of new and exciting things in a very quick succession. It is a new
world with new ways that are emerging now.
If you can get past being afraid of fear, fear
can actually be a good indicator to reveal the very place you need to go. I think there is a book called "Feel the Fear and
Do It Anyway." You don't actually need to buy the book, because the title says it all. Obviously there are things to be afraid
of . . . you don't pick up the coral snake in the jungle or pet a howler monkey, but when you feel a little frightened, it
means that you are doing something new. It means that you are dancing a new dance. It means that you are learning something
new. So if you are committed to growing, life is always going to feel a little scary. Did you know that fear and excitement
are exactly the same frequency in the body. It is just that fear is excitement judged. It is all the same physiological reactions
except excitement is a good feeling, and fear is a not so good.
I wanted to share this now, because we have doubts
. . . every one of us. This happens especially after we have a vision, or have a moment of inspiration, or we feel like a
little light bulb is turned on in our head. We say "Wow!" So, what happens next? In the next minute, we doubt the inspiration
or insight. Doubt takes place, because we actually get a little peek to who we really are! We don't like to own who we really
are. But it is time that we learn to do so.
Doubt always follows truth. So we need to ignore
our doubts, and pay attention to our truths. Every time we have an experience or a thought that elevates us, that makes us
feel like "Wow!", perhaps we should pay attention to it. Thoughts like "Maybe it is not that crazy to create heaven on earth.
Maybe we really are filled with LIGHT. Maybe we are that magnificent. Maybe we are a part of God." But we quickly doubt these
revelations. Yet again, if we get over the fear surrounding our uncertainties, doubt can be a really great emotion, because
it is a sign post to the truth and the light within you. Sadly, the epiphany type moments are the ones we take for granted.
The doubt we feel about ourselves is a lie, and the revelation we just had is the truth.
Here is an example: How many of you notice that
when someone criticizes you, you take it right on board, and you stew on this criticism all day. But if someone gives you
a compliment, you tend to shy away from it. Many of us do this. Sometimes when we get those beautiful thoughts about ourselves
and the promise of our emerging harmonious world, they slip by us unnoticed. But what comes immediately after is the painful
doubt. This hurts, and it gets our attention. We always notice the pain, because it is so unnatural to who we really are,
and where we come from, and where we are going.
So as you are going through life and your mind
chatters as it does, and you have that rising doubt, realize that that emotion never gets there unless there was a great insight
just prior to it. So peel back time in your mind a little bit, and go back to the light of that truth you just had. Quit giving
energy, or attention, to all the blah-blah that your mind records and plays back to you over and over. Your mind is like that
little guy on your shoulder saying "Who the hell do you think you are? Why do you think you can do this?" Remember, the mind
is mechanistic, and it just plays back what you allowed in there in the first place. Your heart does not lie, but your head
will. The TRUTH IS that we create and do anything. Any one of us can manifest our dreams. Doubt is the only thing that stands
in the way. If we simply follow our hearts, we can manifest our dreams.
All the dreams that you have inside of you which
you don't think you can manifest, or you think they are too far out of your reach, I am telling you that they are not. Because
all of you know me the way I am now, but you have no idea what I was like before, and what it took to get me here. I remember
who I was when I was in a prison called doubt. I know that if I can live my dream, anyone can. Now, to put things into perspective,
I think I am only living a small part of my dream. Don't think that I am living all of it. But this also gives me something
more to reach for. We need a goal to keep the spice in life. I know there is more . . . there is and always will be more.
But at least now I hope am going in the right direction.
One of the things the Star Elders are asking
to share with you is to cook on those wild dreams that you have inside of you . . . those wild, wacko dreams that you have
about yourself . . . and they want you to wear them. Imagine or pretend that they are already happening. When you do this
you are telling the universe what you want to create, and the universe has to comply. When you start acting as if you are
living your dream, you are. Actors have great jobs, because they can play all these different parts. When they really get
into a role, they have left their doubt behind. The universe says "Oh, Merrill Streep wants to play Julia Child." Pretty soon
she merges with the role, and it becomes a part of who she is. Why is that? Because the universe will give you anything you
want. Absolutely anything you want, any time you want it, and as much as you want. You just have to start acting as if it
is so. Trust yourself and follow your heart. You need to fake it 'til you make it.
The Star Elders also want to share that it is
a good thing to cultivate an abundance of self-esteem, so you can hold onto that dream that you can be anything and do anything.
The Star Elders want you to take it a step further. This is homework. Write down a list of all the amazing and wonderful things
that you know you are (for your eyes only). Get up in the morning, and read it to yourself. Then claim it. Say "OK, I AM this
person". Ask to be of service in the best, absolute way you can, and walk out of your room assuming that that is true. Each
day it will get easier to claim yourself. P.S. . . . you can add to the list anytime you want. You will discover more amazing
things about yourself the more you do this.
Coming to Earth for many of us has been like
riding on a roller coaster. You get on the roller coaster, and you are going up that first big hill thinking "Whoa, this is
going to be great." Then you get to the top and you say "What was I thinking?", and you want to get off of that ride as fast
as you can. But you can't, because you are stuck, and you are going down, you are whipping around, and you are screaming and
yelling and laughing. You get off, and you say "Wow! That was great. I want to go again." Right? Remember we signed up for
this. It is time to turn the fear back into its lighted form, and that is excitement.
When we let go of fear and take another step
further into our futures, we will get what the Star Elder call "the good stuff," because we are breaking old patterns and
doing something that we have never done before. This is where the growth is. We are here to help humanity feel their excitement;
not their fear . . . and help them hear their own truth. That is why you are reading this. Do you know how awesome that is?

Bright Yellow like the Sun

God said:
Be a delight to your heart. Good times, hard times, they come
and go. This is nothing new. To roll with the punches is a good idea. You don't have to fill your heart with sadness.
Let your heart be bright yellow like the sun. Even on a day
you feel blue, the sun itself is bright. Covered by clouds, it may not be seen where you are, and, yet, it soon will be. The
sun always comes out. And sadness leaves. It takes its course. It fades. The sun comes out bright.
You might as well be done with despair. If its hold on you
is so strong that you can't be done with it this moment, then sit it out. Go on in life despite whatever mood you are in.
A mood is only a mood. It does not have to overtake you.
There is not one person alive who has not lived with sadness
or deep despair. If it is the gauntlet you run, then you run it, and you come out the other side. Do not treasure the doldrums
and keep them close to you. Go off and live life without them. Dance anyway. Sing anyway. Before you know it, despair will
not cling so tightly to you. Despair's job is to leave you alone. Your job is to not mind it so much.
Your despair is like a hem of your skirt that has fallen.
Pin the hem up. You don't have to drag it around all day. In terms of the metaphor of sadness, the hem will fix itself. Just
as rain turns to sunshine, so does your sense of decline turn around.
Despair may seem to have you in its grip, but it is on its
way out. As soon as you are aware of despair, it is already on its way out. It makes a scene when it leaves. It does not quite
know how to leave graciously. It gives you a few good kicks as it goes out the door.
There is an end to suffering. Let it go. Just let it go. You
don't have to fight it. Let go of your grip on it. Truly, sadness is a passing fancy like any other. Do you have the idea
that you must have highs and lows? Do you like batting yourself up and down?
Nor is this to suggest that you must lead an even life that
stays the same. The thing is that you don't need the ups and the downs. You can be okay whatever is going on in life. You
can be in a good mood even when you feel you are in a bad mood. Because you feel blue, you do not have to wear blue. You do
not have to sew blue up. You can be good-natured and considerate regardless, regardless of anything. Not only can you be,
what choice do you really have when all is said or done, but to be upbeat?
Do not think that you deserve to be depressed. You do not
deserve it. Despair, or whatever name you have for it, is like sitting in a corner and eating bitter pie. Who says you have
to eat it? Put the bitterness aside. Get up anyway. Even tragedy is not a tragedy that you must get caught up in. Get up even
from tragedy. It does you no honor.
Sometimes you feel down for no reason at all. It just seems
like the bottom has fallen out from under you. Or one slight gesture has hurt your heart, and you have decided to feel bereft
or angry. Do you know that despair and depression are just the other side of anger? Get up from that bed, and move on.
