You must keep the channel of communication open
between the Soul and the brain via the mind. This initiates the slow reactivation process of the Pineal Gland and the opening
of the portal to the Sacred Mind, which is located at the back portion of the brain, close to the crown of the head. The Sacred
Mind resonates to the highest fourth-dimensional sub-levels as well as all of the fifth- and the sixth-dimensional levels,
with a small portion of seventh-dimensional frequencies/data, which are reserved for future use when you gain the ability
to traverse the highest levels possible for humanity in this Sub-Universal experience. However, you must gradually increase

In some respects the world is passing through
a quieter period than normal, and that is partly due to our activities and those of our allies. A point has been reached where
we are able to exert more authority over the dark Ones, who are rapidly losing their power. More people are standing up against
them, having acquired a great deal of confidence from seeing others successfully doing the same. It shall continue and help
us to achieve our aims to go ahead with our plans, for your total release from the shackles of the past. Many aspects of them
are well advanced, and you are entering a rather odd time. You will clearly see the old values and things that you relied
upon falling out of sight, but not the new that will replace it. A thorough sweeping away is needed before matters are sufficiently
ready for us to take charge. Even so we desire that the reigns of power are passed over to you, and our role is to help you
achieve those ends.
A most pleasing development in very recent times
is that your consciousness levels continue to grow, and the awakening amongst you is going to make the coming period a lot
easier to handle. It is important that we soon commence direct contact with you, as there are so many important issues that
we must address. The scene must be set for the major changes waiting to come out, particularly where the financial position
is concerned. It is imperative that it is established correctly, and coordinated throughout the many countries involved. Our
allies are aware of these needs, and together we are confident of success. Once finance and governance are established in
accordance with your destined future, then we know that the basis will exist for the remaining changes to go ahead.
Achieving peace after thousands of years of
continual wars will cause a dramatic change in people's lives, and their outlook will suddenly brighten up. The realization
will set in that life was meant to be happy, joyful and rewarding, and a unity will take place that would not have been possible
previously. Slowly the people will come to understand the Oneness of everything and how it is all part of the whole. The falseness
of beliefs in separatism and the deliberate distortion of the truth about the purpose of life, will be seen as no more than
the attempts of the dark Ones to maintain a division amongst the people. The coming of peace will change all of that, and
a wave of relief and joy will sweep across the Earth. Old differences will be set aside and it will be seen that a wonderful
future lies ahead. By then people will have become more informed of what the changes were leading to, and helped to understand
the process of Ascension.
Clearly there is a lot of work to do but as
we have often informed you, we have no problems in being equal to the task. Be assured that whatever needs to be done to ensure
completion as planned, it will be carried out with full efficiency. The size of some tasks are enormous, but we have all the
necessary equipment and personnel to do it. The Galactic Federation is of
an immense size and quite used to handling complex and gigantic tasks. It is growing all of the time, as more civilizations reach the required level
of consciousness that enables them to become members. You Dear Ones of Earth who are ascending will have reached that level,
and can also take your place with us.
What a fitting end you are about to experience,
after having battled your way through some of the darkest periods in your lives. Now you are playing out the last acts and
clearing any remaining karma, and moving into the higher vibrations and releasing yourself from the lower ones. It is still
up to you how you experience the final period, but one thing that will remain unchanged will be Ascension. You can all take
much credit for the fact that you have brought so much Light to Earth, that up to now there has been little signs of the apocalyptic
end times expected in some quarters. Of course physical changes must occur, but they do not need to be catastrophic and we
will lessen their affects.
Sometimes we feel that many of you do not fully
understand the implications of what is happening. Make no mistake, all that you thought was permanently on Earth as a natural
consequence of your creations, is largely the work of those who enslaved you. You have had little say if any at all in what
has passed as your life experiences. It is however true that you have made the most of them by accepting the challenge to
overcome them. The dark Ones have unwittingly helped you evolve, and you have not only survived but brought the Light to Earth
so that it has stopped their plans from preventing Ascension. You have proved more than equal to the task, and have shown
the extent of your good faith in the higher powers that have guided you. Furthermore, you have achieved it without knowing
the full facts, and until fairly recently that your victory was to lead you directly to Ascension. You can rightly feel proud
of yourselves, and we have endless admiration for you all. You are truly
Warriors of the Light that have earnt all of the accolades that will come
your way.
You no longer have anything to fear, although
you will hear reports of confrontations where countries play the old game of pretence. They may harbor thoughts of war but
it will go no further, and we will see to it that it comes to nothing. They will soon have to put away all weapons of war,
and we will ensure that there is no skullduggery or deceit. We mean business when we talk of these things, and in no uncertain
manner shall address all nations when our peace talks begin. We will not be asking them to accept peace, but demanding it on your behalf and at the request of higher powers than Man. It will come very soon and allow
you the opportunity to live in safety, and without fear of the loss of life, your belongings or your home.
Dear Ones, all that has been promised will be
fulfilled, and we are here to see that the changes are in accordance with the Divine Plan. Be cheerful and enjoy the thoughts
that Ascension evokes, and allow your consciousness free range to do so. Think changes and how wonderful life is going to
be, and if possible share your thoughts with those who also sense what is coming. Love
every soul as yourself and that will be of great service to them.

Beloved Ones,
We would like to have discourse on the quality
of Love known as determination. This quality is exceedingly important in any endeavor that One works upon and it is this which
will help One to accomplish successfully the goal that was set. It is determination that underlies the strength and will that
a Soul exhibits in their daily lives and in their long term goals of achievement. It shows up in many ways throughout One’s
daily existence. Without this quality, nothing would be created.
It is this quality that enables One to awaken
each morning ready to face another day and continue to work upon One’s goals and projects. It is this quality that brings
to light One’s inner mettle and true character, for without employing determination in any situation, true progress
on the spiritual journey would not take place. With any discipline, determination is required on an ongoing basis to bring
it into manifestation. It reflects a Love of self to exhibit this quality in all activities.
In spiritual goals, it is determination to achieve
a higher outcome that brings it into manifestation within One’s own Being. It gives the impetus to keep on keeping on
no matter what lessons and challenges are being brought before you for learning, consideration and contemplation. It allows
One to take one step after another in order to move forward on their journey. Determination
is the key to achievement in all tasks set before you. It is, in a sense,
a magical key to open the door to surpassing all seeming limitations in One’s surroundings, experience and environment.
In relationships with others, it is determination
to uphold the unspoken boundaries of trust and confidence that are present in close associations with the Other which creates
a strong foundation and stability that upholds the feelings of joy, companionship and camaraderie between them. It is this
quality in a person that keeps the fires of Love and nurturance sustainable and ever growing in greater Love and Oneness.
It is important to the continuation of good feelings between all peoples and hones the individual’s finer qualities
into a shining example for others to experience and emulate.
It is determination that will sustain the heart
of One who is experiencing much trauma and setback in their personal experiences. It is this quality that helps people surpass
every condition that is less than the ideal that they strive for. It is the fuel for action to continue to take place to move
One forward upon their Path in life. It is this quality which is crucial to the practice of alchemy in the changing of the
heaviness or negativity One is experiencing into a finer, more sublime and harmonious outcome. In every act One undertakes,
this quality can bring supreme success and fulfillment to the One who employs it. With this quality of Love working daily
in your lives, Dear Ones, there can be no room for the concept of failure.
Walk your daily Path employing determination
and all that is yours as a Divine Child will flow to you from the Universe following the law of attraction. We commend you
for exercising determination throughout your life which helped you to arrive on the Ascension Path to a higher consciousness
and Being.

A brand new start to a brand new week.
Ground control to Major Tom … anyone home?
We are always home for we are always in
our centred Being of Love. There is no need to ever feel ‘homesick’ as many of you do … when you have the
Knowing that we and your home are just a few breaths away.
That is correct and comforting ... Over
….
We feel your High spiritedness. In due course
you shall recognise the latent soul Truth emerging to such a degree that the joy you feel now will seem rather dim to that
which you can expect. For so long have you learned to be patient. There has been many a time when you felt like throwing in
the towel, yet your hearts Knew that there was a reason to hang on and hang on you did. So many of you have felt despondent
when what you call ‘no shows’ occurred. You wonder the possibilities of ‘yes shows’ ever really appearing.
Have we not promised you? Have we not yet convinced you through our Love for you that All that we speak of is to be?
Dearest Lightest Family, We are you brothers
and sisters. We expect you to be apprehensive about our arrival for indeed it shall be one of huge change. How can one be
completely excited when they are not sure of the outcome? We have mentioned before that there will be great turmoil to begin
with for many will feel completely out of sorts with the visions before them. Yet
so many of you are ready to receive us. We thank you from the deepest place of our Being for this reception from your hearts.
We are assured that those of you who Now accept this change in your Being will steadfastly assist those in need when our arrival
is imminent and obvious.
Never again from the moment of absolute Truth
shall your planet sink into such misery. The end of this time is upon you. Leading you onward into a world of honour. A world
of joy. A world of Peace. Your homecoming is to be celebrated within your hearts Now in this moment. For in our terms it is
here yet you are still waiting.
Prepare your souls dearest hearts. As always
we remind you to take a few minutes of your busy lives to breath in this Higher Love, this Higher Light, this stronger
vibration. Breathe it into Being. The more you do so, the easier it will be for you to accept us when we blend with your state. We are of a Higher frequency, yet due to planetary assistance in this matter
we shall be able to merge with that within which you reside for it is ready now to vibrate at a rate that is compatible
with that which We Are. As much as you Feel you are excited, understand also that we are effervescing also. Mostly
we are this way because We Know that which lies ahead. That which is ‘coming your way’ and yes, we
feel obliged to use the unpopular word ‘soon.' Yes we are aware. Yet we
accept its meaning to you on Earth and feel safe enough to use this as our chosen expression.
Many many of us are in position as much
as we can imagine to be. You have spoken before about ‘our orders’ that will be revealed to us, and we will know
exactly what to do. Can you speak a little more about this? Best not to be caught off guard.
Before you came to his planet, before you even
moved into the human status, you agreed to assist in this very time you are in Now, to change the state of the situation.
Each of you, en-masse understood what would need to be done at the appointed time. Each one of you will recall your position
when it is necessary. Listen to your soul self and Trust in who you are. Always
as you Know, Go By the Feeling. It will be a time when more than ever before you will experience ‘cross wires.’
For indeed there shall be those who do not ‘see things’ the way you will. There will be last desperate attempts
to ‘forge signatures.’
To forge signatures on what?
On knowledge of agreements that are made and
falsities will simply not be tolerated any longer. There is so much that shall be brought out into the open. So much so that
the vast majority will find unbelievable for they have never considered such atrocities and forgeries. Many will take a lot
longer than others to accept this as the way of life that they have undergone. They will find it difficult to walk outside
of their prison for they had not been aware that they were ‘confined’ in the first place.
Gradually as the ‘Light dawns,’
those lost will come to realise that which freedom holds for them. True Freedom. For it is only known thus far within your
sleeping or meditational hours. Take a few moments to close your eyes and breathe deeply. Your heart is speaking to you is
it not? This expression of Love inside of you physicality is simply your soul
welcoming you home. The nearer you are to it the louder the welcoming committee. Be
of great joy and remain so. This in itself is part of the plan. Unfortunately many have sunk into the trap of misery and lack forgetting
their part in this Divine plan.
To Be of Joy. To
Be of Love. That is How it Happens, This Transformation.
We cannot co-join in this grand expedition until
you have reached a certain level of attainment. Your mission on earth Is to raise the vibration of this planet from its deepest core to the highest atmospheres through Being the Love that You Are.
You Know This. We
Know You Know this Because You Have Done It! Don’t You See? Do You Now ‘Get It?' The
Game Is Over! The Light Has Won! It
Is Done! Now all you need do is collect your prize.
There is great cause for celebration in yours
and all realms. For this is achievement of the vastest opportunity. Take deep breathes and congratulate your inner Beings.
As you do so, imagine all of you upon the planet who have seen this through, who have played their part, applauding. Hear
the sound of that applause as it resonates throughout your world. Everyone in Love applauding this enormous achievement. Let
the applause resonate in the happiest Feeling you can Feel. DoThis Now.This Moment. Is Not this Feeling a reality
to you? This is an excitement that is palpable because it is Real.
Feel this Reality. It
Is Here. It Is Now. It
Only Requires You to Know it in Order for it to Manifest. Know it! Know
it! Know It! So
Be It!
Is that it? Surely not, you
can’t leave me dangling on this high,I might drop off!
There is so very much that so very many of you
desire answers to. We Know of this struggle in which one longs to be requited. Yet we ask you to be
patient in all things just a short while longer. All your needs shall be met, beyond that which you require. For understanding
comes side by side with the Higher you. There is much that is not appropriate to speak of, simply because your vibrational
level could not participate in such knowledge and your minds would become that of scrambled eggs.

You have left me filled with excitement, joy and Love. Just what the doctor and the Divine ordered!
Feel us smiling all around you. For each of
you in your hearts can pick up on ‘our’ excitement, joy and Love which is vibrating closer to you than ever before.

Levels of Consciousness

If we release our belief that consciousness
represents a higher state of being then we have to look at our judgments about who conscious people are and what they do.
Because consciousness alone won’t prevent us or someone else from doing things that are out of integrity, hurtful or
inconsiderate, these are things they do because of their level of consciousness, not in spite of it. Levels of consciousness
are determined by the state of awareness and enlightenment and knowing this allows us to have a better understanding of consciousness
and remove our judgments about it.
Anyone who is breathing is conscious, so everyone
who is alive on the planet right now is conscious and we know their level by their actions. This is what they are aware of
and where their fear is. Are they afraid of being overlooked, unappreciated, poor, or alone? Their actions will ensure
that none of this happens and they will serve themselves so their needs are met. People at this level of being are so overwhelmed
by their own needs that they can’t consider those of anyone else. Anytime we are in a state of fear, we are in survival
mode and all of our energy is focused on staying alive and getting through this moment.
When we are able to move out of survival mode
and seeing the world and humanity as the enemy that prevents us from achieving success, joy, peace and love, we begin to expand
our energy into enlightenment. This is where we can achieve higher states of being because we move out of basic consciousness
(the state of breathing) and into enlightenment where we can take guided action, feel powerful, give voice to our dreams and
acknowledge our potential. Then our awareness expands with our level of enlightenment and our level of consciousness expands
too.
It is not possible for us to be more conscious
than our current level of awareness. So if we are aware of fear, we will do things that reflect our fear. And while we’re
still conscious (because we’re breathing), we need to add the higher energies of enlightenment in order to create space
for new levels of awareness. Then our consciousness is raised, we expand our awareness, we embrace even greater levels of
enlightenment and move up our ascension spiral. It’s an evolving process, as is our entire life path, that moves us
into the dynamic energies of heaven on earth, which is simply another level of consciousness.

The Best Parent Ever
In my many years of working with clients
I have rarely heard anyone say that they had a wonderful childhood and were happy with their parents. Unfortunately, the opposite
is true. I have heard heartbreaking stories of physical, emotional, mental and sexual abuse, neglect, parents who abandoned
their children, or children who had to be the parent to their parents. These experiences encouraged them to parent their own
children differently, as they wanted to give them the kind of parenting experience that they never had and to be the best
parent ever.
