Youth is the best time, the most fitting time in a man's life, to devote himself to spiritual aspiration and sadhana
(spiritual practice). The spiritual life is practical from beginning to end. The love for the ideal should be single-minded
and whole-hearted. The spiritual path is an unknown
path which is as straight and narrow as a razor. On it there is no other light than that of faith and divine grace to guide
the aspirant. There is no other sustenance than devotion. The track ahead cannot be seen. The going is uncertain. And many pitfalls await the unwary. The traveller, the aspirant,
must travel in the dark. He must march courageously forward. He will reach great illumination at the journey's end. The spiritual path demands complete mastery over the flesh. Proceed
gradually. Intensify the aspiration you have. Have a keen thirst for the realisation of the supreme. Keep alive thy aspiration,
undiminished and bright. Be thou firm in thy faith. Empty thy heart of all earthly things. The spiritual life is a life of child-like simplicity. What is needed in spiritual
life is a sincere aspiration for the life of the spirit. It needs an earnest dedication to it. And it needs a whole-souled
devotion and application to the realisation of the ideal. Your heart must be solely and entirely centred on God. It must be
centred on God alone - deeply, passionately and steadily. Be sincere to thy very core. This is the most essential thing. Spiritual life is based on the complete conquest of
the lower nature. Upon this pedestal of perfect self-mastery and right conduct, the edifice of godliness and divine life may
be built. May thy spiritual life and example inspire one and all. - - - Man wants a fuller life. He lives for a fuller life. That is life in eternal Brahman. Life is an endless series of
awakenings. Understand life and the laws that govern it. Then you will lead a life of harmony and peace. Life holds the key.
Unlock the mystery of your own being and attain life eternal.

extend to you our sincere and heart-felt gratitude for participating with us in the Great Plan to bring your world back into
the fold of Father’s Will — to bring Life and Light to this most unusual planet. Each one of you, as Agondonters,
plays an important role in this effort, no matter how great or how small you think that effort is — all, as a combined
chorus in the grand opus of cosmic progress, adds his or her voice to the variegation of faithful voices who knowingly holds
the values of Truth, Beauty, Goodness, Compassion, Mercy, Forgiveness, and Love above the many discordant and confused voices
of a world in contrast to these fruit-bearing values of Light. We thank you and hope that you will continue to grow with us
and shine your light with even greater brilliance into the coming year.

#5523 A Page You Turn, January 7, 2016 God said: If
you no longer hold onto emotional and stymied memories from the past, what then will your life be like? What will you be then?
What will you be done with?
In this scenario, you will know your name. You will know all the things you need
to know – where you live, where you work, the skills you have learned, and where your heart is. What will your life
be like when you no longer try to relive your life again and again like a chant?
Your emotional pain will no
longer exist! Ah, there will be no mourning the past. You will love. You will be aware of all the hearts that are no longer
on Earth. It is your attachment that will leave. Love will stay, yet your sense of loss and need will go.
You
will have joy. You will have sweetness instead the hurt that loved ones are no longer present in your life. You will smile
at thoughts of loved ones rather than cry.
Each memory will be a page in a book that you turn, and you are ready
for the next page without a qualm.
At present you may cry your heart out. It will come to pass that a photo from
the past will give you happiness and no longer perpetuate longing and bewilderment.
You will continue to love
without suffering over it. Because your heart is a heart that loves does not mean you are indebted to suffering. Your love
will not have flown away. Grieving will have flown away.
You will meet your loved ones again, and there will
be rejoicing! If you must think of the past -- if you must -- you will think of it with rejoicing.
Your heart
is still connected with your loved ones' hearts. Only the having to have, the insistence that you have been separated and
are incomplete -- this heaviness will leave like a sailboat sailing in a lagoon. You don't have to wrench yourself apart with
memories.
What is this hold that memories have over you?
You know you cannot stay where you once
were the way a baby must cling to his baby blanket. You gave up the baby blanket long ago. You no longer live in the house
where you were born, and, yet, how you cling to memories of the past with a sense of emptiness.
The past is not
a bad guy. All the past, the loving and the painful, are only thoughts. That’s all memory is, remembered thoughts. Now
you know how precious the once past is to you. It means a lot to you. Now you will simply embrace. No words will need to be
said. You will love and be glad to embrace. Only love will remain. Love will have been brought home to you instead of your
mourning for it.
Beloveds, you will live in a world of no regrets, no hanging-on, and without perceived need
for fear. Rain or shine, you will love your time and space in the world. You will be like newly-mowed grass. The air will
be fresh and sweet. There will no longer be the old movie reel of the past that presently may rend your heart.
You
will be glad for each moment of your life, for you know now that every moment of life is an overture. Desperation will not
even be a memory any longer. Your heart will be glad to have lived life as you lived it. You will let go of your thoughts
of right or wrong and who did what and why. You will no longer entrap yourself in a long ago song. |

This is the jewel
in the crown of your awakening: your focus must be on how much you love Me. For this, dear one, is how you are made! It is
why you are made. It is everything. And if you have it, you are released from the dream. You are freed from all experiences
of anti-Love or ego. You are made to be the mirror in which I see who I am. Looking/feeling into your heart, which is ever
turned in Love to Me, I see who I am. I Am the giver of Love. So you, in right relationship, together as one with your Twin
Flame, are ever giving Love to Me. You together adore Me, for I adore all life. And you together are overjoyed to love and
serve this light, this spark of life that, ignited, creates All That Is. Your Love for Me is what brings you joy. It is what
opens you to receive the explosion of living Love pouring forth in every Now. And your Love for Me lets Me direct the flow
through you that you may manifest your sweet perfection. From here, this world, this “formula” works as well. Because it is the pattern of life. It is that
upon which everything builds. |

8 January Posted: 06 Jan 2016 10:00 PM PST Sinner Today, Saint Tomorrow Critical times test the faith of the devotee. He who has faith in the Lord must pass through the fire of suffering.
Suffering is not misfortune; it helps one to grow. Suffering and pain open the door to wisdom. "Not to be hurt by others",
is more difficult than, "not to hurt others". Blessed are those that suffer, because suffering helps them to evolve quickly
- suffering is the substance of spiritual life. The individual soul is a business man - his karmas (actions) are his commerce - good and bad fruits of his good and
bad actions are his profit and loss. The world is his business house. Think well and judge what is right before you act. Involuntary,
unintentional or unconscious actions do not constitute karma, because volition is the most important factor in determining
karma, and here it is absent. Sin is only a mistake, misdirected energy. Mistakes are lessons in wisdom. The essence of evil
and sin is belief in things that perish. The essence of religion is truth and the essence of law is virtue. Two birds, inseparable friends, cling to the same
tree. One of them eats sweet and bitter fruits and the other watches without eating. The tree is the body. One bird is the
individual soul who enjoys the fruits of his actions - pleasure and pain. The other bird is the Lord who remains as a witness
without eating. Respect of the
soul is praiseworthy. Respect of the body is despicable. A scientist conquers external nature but a yogi conquers the mind
and internal nature. The sinner of today is the saint of tomorrow. Every saint has a past and every sinner has a future. - - - Your goal is God. Your centre is God. Your ideal is God. Turn back to God and
realise everlasting bliss. Resting on him you will be saved. As the lamp cannot burn without oil, so too, you cannot live
without God. God is within you all the time, inspiring you, lifting you up. Withdraw. Aspire. Meditate. Realise. |

Teacher: “Dear child, let’s do a practice run today. Let your fingers fly on
the keyboard and disengage your mind from the flow of words that are now starting to stream into it. This is the best way
for us to convey to you our teachings without your own interference.
“What
should we talk about today? You are worrying about a girl friend who is in a state of resistance and you feel that it is preventing
her from finding happiness. It is true. You cannot feel happiness when you are stuck in lower emotions and vibrations that
are holding you down. They are like lead boots that deep-sea divers wear to be able to walk on the sea bottom. They prevent
them from being drawn back to the surface.
“Anger is an emotion
of separation. Resentment is a soul poison. They are foreign elements that were not intended to dwell within the human heart.
They ferment and fester and generate a growing sense of unease — especially if they are constantly being refilled and
topped up.
“These emotions keep you in the victim state of mind and prevent you from escaping their strong hold.
It definitely takes an act of will to start distancing yourself from their powerful grip. The best starting point in that
process is to declare your heartfelt intention to purge them out of your system.
“Go
in the Stillness to prep yourself for such an emotional battle of wills — your will against the wills of those nasty
emotions that strive to keep you enslaved in their nefarious power — it is the best strategy. It is the time when you
can ask the Divine and His Helpers to assist you in such a task that may seem monumental at the time. It is indeed difficult
to disengage oneself out of the quick sands of those emotional bottom-feeders.
“Once you have enlisted the assistance
of mighty spiritual forces, you are no longer alone in your battle. You were alone as long as you were in resistance to that
healing process. Such a process is a process of salvation—a salvation from your lower self that does not have your best
interests at heart.
“May those who are emotionally suffering
come to the realization that there is a way out of this emotional entrapment! Forgiveness is the key to that portal: self-forgiveness
and forgiveness of others. Once you forgive, there is no more room for resentment. This is when the peace that surpasses all
understanding can move into your being. You are then in a mental state that encourages you to make healthy choices as they
are not based on fears, anxieties or the holding of grudges. Don’t you want to taste such a magnificent peace? See what
happens in your life once you have declared your intention to climb out of your emotional misery and to taste of the beautiful
